    Esta es una propiedad ideal para tres familias de vacaciones juntas que desean disfrutar de todo lo que Frisco tiene para ofrecer. Tres dormitorios principales se complementan con dos dormitorios adicionales con mucho espacio para dormir para los niños. Dos de las habitaciones principales tienen sus propios baños privados y televisores. NOTA: El estacionamiento en invierno es para un máximo de cuatro vehículos y solo tres vehículos cuando la nieve es excesiva o si tiene camiones / furgonetas grandes, etc.

    La sala de estar principal incluye una gran sala de estar equipada con un sofá cama doble para invitados adicionales. Una mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho y cuatro invitados adicionales se pueden acomodar en los taburetes giratorios.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos y una sala de lavandería adyacente a la cocina incluye una lavadora / secadora de carga frontal.

    Un gran dormitorio principal se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar e incluye sus propias puertas francesas a la terraza, así como su propio baño con bañera con patas y ducha separada. El piso principal también incluye un medio baño ubicado cerca de la entrada principal.

    Una cubierta trasera tiene una bañera de hidromasaje para seis personas y domina el Ten Mile Creek. Una parrilla de gas se encuentra junto a la bañera de hidromasaje para las comidas al aire libre de la noche de verano. Un camino a lo largo del arroyo permite el acceso al arroyo para la pesca, el rafting, el kayak, el senderismo, etc. monte Royal está cruzando la calle y es una excelente ruta de senderismo familiar.

    La casa está equipada con techos altos, una chimenea de gas y calor radiante en el piso. Los acentos de registro y la decoración rústica le dan a nuestro hogar una sensación de cabina, pero las comodidades modernas, como Internet inalámbrico y televisión por cable, le permiten permanecer conectado. Ven y disfruta de los sonidos del arroyo y siéntete como si estuvieras a mundos de distancia, cuando estés a solo una cuadra de la calle principal de Frisco.

    Tome los autobuses gratuitos del condado de la cumbre a Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone o A-Basin. Alternativamente, tome el viaje de 25 minutos a Vail. La parada de autobús adyacente a la propiedad es una de las últimas paradas antes de Copper Mountain, por lo que puede estar allí en un instante.

    Dependiendo de la temporada y el tamaño de sus vehículos, podrá instalar tres o cuatro autos en esta propiedad. We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our large group, and it was in a great location. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay, and the check in and check out process was very easy. Would stay here again!

Great location and a wonderful home to stay in! Right next to Frisco and close to the highway made ski visits easy and accessible. We had a minor issue during our stay and our host was very communicative and helped us out right away.

We stayed here to ski copper mountain and had a great time! Really short drive/ shuttle ride to the mountain. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the view and hot tub as well!

Fabulous Frisco Family Vacation Home

My family had an absolutely fabulous time vacationing at this property in mid-July. Very spacious, great location, well-stocked, and the sound of the river running was extremely calming. We look forward to returning again in the future!

We've stayed here before. Love the house. Perfect location. Walkable to downtown Frisco. Centrally located to the resorts we go to; Vail, Breck, Keystone, and Beaver Creek. Grill, hot tub, big living room to gather. Everything good!

Condo in Frisco

We've stayed at this Condo a couple of years ago and tried to get it again the next year but was too late. Got it again for this trip. The condo is very roomy for all 10 of us. The location is amazing for walking to Main St and enjoying shopping and eating.

House in Frisco

The was perfect for our family. We came out to visit son and snowboard at Copper, it was a great location. We could walk to Frisco daily. There is also an awesome restaurant right by it. Communication with the owners was great throughout the trip. We’d recommend and come back again!!

Spring Ski Trip - Stayed in Frisco

House is really nice and there's a stream running behind the house which is very tranquil. Great location, nearby walking path and walkable to downtown Frisco. House pictures were accurate and the overall layout of the house is great. Plenty of room to hang out in the living room and a large kitchen table. Host was really nice and very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay.

Excellent home for a skiing trip with multiple families

The home was well appointment for multiple families with kids. The kitchen had all you need to make multiple whatever you needed. Property was clean and well maintained. The warm floors and gas fireplace were so enjoyable after a cold day. Manage the use of hot water careful. Only negative I can think of if pressed to provide one. Would love to stay again and certainly would recommend.

Large perfectly located home for the family

My extended family and I stayed in this home for a ski vacation which was the perfect size and location for skiing in summit county. The home is beautiful and well stocked, but definitely had some wear and tear and could use some updates, some of the mattresses were comfortable and others were not. We had some issues with the hot tub and one of the bathrooms which were fixed by working with the management company, which was responsive. The one car garage is also very small, we were able to park one smaller vehicle in the garage and the two larger ones in the driveway. Overall a lovely stay which fits a large family for a reasonable price.

While the overall ambiance of the place was quite pleasant and offered a comfortable stay, my experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the maintenance staff. The individual who responded to my text message came across as both disrespectful and sarcastic, which was disappointing. I raised several concerns, including the issue of a dirty floor, but, regrettably, no one came to address this problem. Despite my requests, nobody showed up to clean it.I also requested a manager to call me to discuss these issues, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. It’s truly unfortunate that this is the level of customer service provided by your team. I strongly believe that you should consider making changes to ensure a more professional service. Wonderful home for family gathering!

We enjoyed 9 nights in this wonderfully spacious but oh so cozy home. We had plenty of room for games, puzzles, dining. House has many games for all ages. The private hot tub with a beautiful view of the stream was a great way to wind down the day. The first floor primary suite featured plenty of room, a very comfortable king size bed, walk in closet and a large comfortable bathroom -perfect and clean. The spacious kitchen included everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep and a fun meal at the large table. Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful time. Grill was handy and the warm gaslit fireplace (so smart with timer), heated floor and easy keypad entry - all were great touches. 2 add’l kings and a queen on the second floor and two more full baths. And a large rec room/bunk room on the third floor - so comfy. And little details like great smelling hand soaps, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds were greatly appreciated. Close to town - easy walk to shopping and restaurants and wonderful Frisco Main St. We enjoyed Tavern West about 100 steps away! Easy access to frisco bike trail for walking, or a walk around the neighborhood and a quick drive to Breckenridge. We were so lucky to spend time all together with our Frisco daughter and son-in-law and our Denver daughter in this fantastic home. Would definitely rent again!

Creek side home

The location only a couple of blocks from hiking and the shops and bars of Frisco yet only a few hundred yards from I-70 which we never heard due to the creek in the back yard. Saw a red fox trotting down street in front of house. House had plenty of room.

80th Birthday Celebration

A wonderful place for a family reunion that included great grandparents and toddlers. Large enough for everyone to have space and plenty of bathrooms. Beautiful setting and a very gracious host. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for skiing

We really enjoyed this property! Very well equipped in the kitchen, lots of linens, and lots of toddler equipment (high chair, pack & play…we didn’t need them but used to!). Easy access to the highway to get to the resorts. Would be lovely in the non-snowy months as well with the creek right behind the house!
