Perfect Friends and Family Hideaway - Walk to town, Fantastic Location

  • Three bedrooms (4 beds) each with their own bathroom, plus additional bath on main floor. This fantastic Condo is 4 blocks from downtown Frisco. Quiet and serene on the banks of Ten Mile Creek. You'll have all the comforts and amenities of home, with close access to everything outdoors - skiing, hiking, biking and more - just 2 blocks from bike path. Pet friendly, with full access to the clubhouse: indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, pool table, and foosball table. The entrance is on the main floor thru front door or thru the heated garage. Main floor consists of great room, dining room, 3/4 bathroom and kitchen with back patio, nestled in the pines, overlooking Ten Mile Creek. BBQ grill is also on the patio as is a small table (seats 4). The second floor has bedrooms, 1 king primary, 1 queen and a bedroom with 2-double beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are also on the second floor. Full access to property as well as clubhouse, which includes indoor/outdoor pool, dry sauna, indoor/outdoor hot tubs. A small weight training room with a treadmill is also available just next to the garage. Daniel, our on-site manager, as well as myself, can generally be reached during normal business hours. quiet and serene on Ten Mile Creek 1 car garage and plenty of surface parking. 1 block to main street to catch free shuttle to ski areas and more or walk to town. Bike path to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge 2 blocks away. There is a streamside group picnic and BBQ area at the West Side of the property.

Family Ski Weekend

This condo was wonderful for our group of six adults. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which was great. Great location, well stocked, and clean. The clubhouse was better than expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Loved pretty much everything about this place. Looked exactly like the pictures, kitchen was well stocked with every pot/pan/mixing bowl you could need. James was responsive and easy to communicate with and the location was great. We’d definitely stay here again

Comfortable condo in great location

Our family gathered from different states to spend a long weekend together, skiing during the day and enjoying meals and family time at the condo in the evenings. The condo was large enough for the 6 of us (3 adult couples), very comfortable, and had a lot of nice amenities. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Frisco 2024

Nice clean property with plenty of space to spread out. Its rare to find a property that is set up for a group of (4) friends where nobody has to sleep in a tiny bunk bed or sofa bed. Location is perfect if you want to ski different areas without a lot of driving.

It was great

Clean, spacious, affordable. Close to bike path & Main Street. Was a little bummed that they were painting the decks during our stay but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Also there was no grill. But overall it was lovely.

Great Location for Frisco and Copper

The location of the condo is excellent. We were able to walk to downtown frisco for dinner and it’s just a few miles to Copper. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Sauna in the common area was great after skiing. Comfortable beds and hangout area.

Perfect group setting with great amenities and a quick walk to Frisco downtown.

We planned a gathering of our adult children and partners to explore the Frisco/Breckenridge area and this property was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the dining-living space was spacious for our gatherings. The adorable town of Frisco and the Dillon Reservoir path was a walkable distance, and we enjoyed the community amenities - the outdoor hot tub and pool - after our active days. The kitchen and bath

Frisco/Copper Mountain Trip

Took a family ski trip and skied Copper Mountain. Great location with easy walk to the shuttle bus to Copper Mountain. Great living area and kitchen with open floor plan. Very comfortable! Only constructive feedback was the walls were thin and you could hear neighbors coming and going. Overall great trip!

Perfect vacation condo

We really appreciated the clean condo! Needed coffee pods for espresso machine, we bought coffee 2nd day. King bedspread in suite was heavy, couldn't got comfortable. The floor in primary suite was very squeaky also. Just peachy stay, beside those few details. Thanks you for our wonderful time! Patti

Great Location and well stocked!

We love Frisco and have stayed in this complex in the past! This was a very spacious condo and well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the description stated they had a tub in one of the 4 bathrooms. We were traveling with my 3 three year old grandchild and no tub was an issue with her, also the light was not working in the bathroom off the girls bedroom and I sent the owner a message and did not get a response. The condo is beautiful and the beds are super comfy so we would stay here again when my granddaughter is older and comfortable with showers.

PERFECT Mountain Getaway!

I've falled in love with Frisco over the years and this townhouse only helped the affinity for this town. The property is spacious for families and great for entertaining. We cooked full family dinners in the kitchen, sat by the fire place reading books, and even had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard. The location is impeccable as it's 9 minutes from the door to Copper Mountain. The heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are directly across the parking lot from the townhome. Daniel was super responsive via text during the day/night when we needed something. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to host their family in the mountains. Word of advice: make sure you bring your own coffee filters as they aren't supplied by the host.
