Here’s a stylish condo in a fantastic location close to Main Street, the Frisco Marina, the Lake Dillon bike path and more. Stroll to the marina or head downtown for dinner. And you’re just a quick drive or free bus trip (5-minute walk to bus stop) to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. You and your group will love it!

Boulevard Bend Condo is a deluxe condo that’s perfect for up to four guests. It’s designed for discriminating tastes but still maintains a cozy “mountain feel.” The living area features comfy furniture and a flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to kick back after your high-country adventures. The kitchen is equally nice, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range). The dining table seats three.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered parking space, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Cozy place exactly as depicted. Short walk into town and easy drive to multiple ski areas. Kitchen was well equipped. Covered parking is nice in ski season. Would return.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Frisco! It was the perfect place for our ski trip. Super close to the slopes. A very convenient location. Walking distance from downtown Frisco. Property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Great location. Good size for two people. Heated bathroom floor. Beds are a little too hard and the overall all place kept overheating even though we set the temperature to 70. But opening windows helped when it got to 77 inside and was too hot. Overall good place to stay. Close to Breck and Copper ski resorts.

Location was indeed walk to town, but facing a noisy traffic roundabout. At times ambulances every 30 minutes as apparently main route to ER. Super strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner made me nauseous and took days to dissipate.Seemed overpriced compared to my other family members accommodations. Parking was included but a neighbor used up two spaces with large pickup so it was difficult on arrival as we couldn't park near our unit.

Very nice and safe area. Fire station is across the street. Traffic circle nearby which can get busy and you can hear traffic noise. Close to downtown, within walking distance.

Great place!

This property is great for two people. Well stocked with basics (salt & pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Really clean. Great space for two people. Pull-out couch is not great - like most pull-out couches, but that was our only complaint. Loved the location.

Small, clean, well stocked

My son and I stayed for a short ski trip. Location was wonderful easy to get to local shops and mountains.While the condo was well stocked and very clean communication with the host was either not answered at all or I was told they would get to it when they could (in reference to shoveling the walkways) We arrived at night and there is terrible lighting outside the units and the side walk was thick with snow and ice. By the time we found our unit parking spot and the actual unit itself our boots and rollerbags were soaked. The double bed is uncomfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom, which is fine but just something to note if you are looking for that.

Good location lacking a few items

Location was good for skiing at Copper Mountain, however, the property is not fully equipped. The walkway Was covered with snow there was no shoveled for us to clear it. The manager knew, but it was not taken care during stay. The kitchen lacked a complete set of dishes.

Great little place

The negative was that it was very close to Route 9 & the round about was in front of unit, so it was noisy. . Other negative, carpet in bedroom & closet needs replacing. I would suggest w same vinyl flooring in rest of unit. Positives: the unit had obviously been redone recently. All appliances were new. Great washer & dryer. We had problems w TV, but management sent someone to help us. The unit was small, but adequate & comfortable for 2 people.

Too Hot

Our condo temp was over 74 F. The thermostat you couldn't adjust down. Had to contact management, who were in the Philippines. They had to contact the HOA to adjust the boiler. Found out later that the reason the condo was so hot is because the boiler was below the condo. We were told just open the window, that is what most people do. It was 17 F at night outside. I couldn't even put my chocolate in the cabinet because it was too hot and it melted. When I said something about it they just said sorry about the chocolates. The last day we stayed there the hot tub upstairs was drained. This caused water to come in our front door and it caused a sheet of water to come off of the roof. We couldn't even go out the front door without getting soaked for several hours. There response was I hope you didn't ruin your clothes. The management company blamed the HOA for the issue. I don't care who is at fault. I blame the management company because they are the one who took my money and all they could say was sorry. After the hot tub incident I decided to check out a day early because I had all I could take

Great location and cozy stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo conveniently located off Main St. Easy to walk to dinner, shopping and our favorite places. Also we enjoyed walking to hiking trails nearby to take in the beautiful fall colors. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed, and the wifi worked well for remote work. The only thing we missed was access to regular TV to tune in to Sat morning GameDay and college football games as we were lounging. However, there were all the apps to watch including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. Great value compared to many other properties we looked at.
