Beautiful three bedroom Mountainside Home!

Mountainside in Frisco is a great base for your vacation adventure in Summit County. Frisco offers a central location to all 4 of the ski areas and within Frisco, Mountainside sits 5 blocks south of Main Street so it's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The bike path and plenty of trails run right near the property and there is a very nice clubhouse with indoor pool/hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs and WIFI.

753 is a three bedroom private home located within Mountainside so you have access to the clubhouse but you do not share walls with anyone else. Bedding in the home goes King in the Master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, Twin Bunk beds in the third bedroom plus a Queen futon in the den. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, private laundry facilities, gas grill, gas fireplace, and a private one car garage - so don't worry about brushing all that snow off your car, in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to get you to the slopes.

Great for Family Great Location

So easy to get to multiple mountains from here. Street cleaning and driveway clear despite lots of snow. Rec center was a nice bonus. Was glad I'd read reviews that neighbors were close but windows were so well situated that once inside it was really private. Loved having the fireplace, too!

PERFECT COZY HOME!

Very nice cozy home. Perfect location near the stores especially for a quick run to Walmart or Safway. Kitchen fully stocked also all three bathrooms super clean. Need not to go anywhere to play in the snow with kids because the backyard is full of snow we even sled everyday! Bedrooms very spacious and so many extra pillows and blankets. The only downside was the garage. It barely fit my van. It’s designed for small cars. Hot water would run out quick when showering. But those are the only small issues I had and I’m sure the owner will take care of it soon. Other than that, PERFECT HOME for your family!!! Hopefully we get to rent it again! Thank you home owners for giving us the opportunity to build endless. Memories with our kids!

Dated house - needs upgrades at this price range - no discount lift tickets as communicated early on

Oven burners were not balanced, utensils needed replacing, no humidifiers, decor (walls, rugs, sofa) was dark brown and dated - online photos made it seem newer/brighter/worth the price tag. Also, the property manager mentioned discounted lift tickets which upon check in and inquiring just prior to arrival were never delivered. Actually, the desk manager was fairly rude when I inquired - kids were taken aback.

Excellent Place for Summit County Ski Weekend

The property is in a great location -- easy access to everything. There was enough room for 8 of us to stay comfortably, and the check-in process was very simple and easy.

Weekend getaway

Good communication with rental company and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. House was very comfortable and in a quiet area within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Location was good for outdoor activities ( walk to lake & trails) and walking to village. Village was cute and entertaining night life. I thought house was more private from pictures ..as in not 2 feet away from neighbors. But not a big deal. We rent homes/cabins all over USA thru Virbo past 6 years.

Great Family Stay

The place was bigger than the pictures made it look. Perfect for two young families. The downstairs area was great for the kids while the adults made dinner and relaxed upstairs. Very close to main street as well. Will return!

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with two families. The house was well equipped. Everyone had enough space. The three bathrooms were appreciated. We used the clubhouse pool several days. The location is very close, definitely walkable, to downtown, trails and several amenities. We even used some of the snowshoes available. The rental company was easily reachable anytime we had questions. The pictures were accurate. The house was clean and well maintained.
