Come stay at this beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Frisco, CO. This condo is centrally located off I-70, giving you easy access to all areas of Summit County. Whether you are here to ski or ride one of many world class ski resorts or coming up to enjoy some time on Lake Dillon, this unit will give you the mountain getaway you are looking for.

Enjoy lake views, mountain views, and all kinds of hiking and biking trails just outside your door. Exhausted from a full day of activities? Relax in the building’s community hot tub. The kitchen in this unit is fully stocked, with brand new appliances, dishes, and pots and pans, so you can cook up your favorite meals.

This condo is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops and just a short drive down the road to Frisco Main Street where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and more! Enjoy a day at the Frisco Marina or ride bikes at the Frisco Adventure Park. The activities are endless!

We absolutely loved this place. The view of the lake is spectacular, the condo was well-appointed and super comfortable. Be sure and hang a hummingbird feeder in the summer months.......you will get quite a show.

Beautiful condo, not exactly as pictured

My friend and I loved the location, and the condo was a great fit for us. It was clean, and easy to access the hiking trails.The large bear coming out of the wall did not welcome us. I brought Keurig K-cups, but having no Keurig coffee maker (see ad for condo and actual pictures) was inconvenient.I took a hard fall on the two steps separating the kitchen from the living room. My Apple Watch called 911! I was just bruised, but if you are a klutz like me, be careful of those two steps!Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Please update your ad pictures.

Everything was great except need ceiling fans in summer time. Condo was 78 degrees in afternoon. The fans that were in condo were not enough. We also opened windows to help. Also way too dark in condo in the evenings. Light bulbs need to be daylight.

Convenient close to Copper Mt., Breckenridge, Keystone. Beautiful view of the lake. Clean and well-appointed. Only drawback was noise carrying from unit above.

Beautiful Condo with Gorgeous Views

Our family enjoyed our stay! The unit was beautifully updated and on the end, with gorgeous views of Lake Dillon and mountains. The location is perfect, close to shops/restaurants and several ski resorts. We really appreciated the room humidifiers and unit washer/dryer. The only negative, and it is minor, is the bed frame in the master. Be careful as it sticks out a little and both my husband and I slammed our shins on the bottom corners.

This condo was amazing!! Close to downtown Frisco, had the walking trail around the lake right out your backdoor, numerous ski resorts to choose from....the heated floors in the bathroom were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again

Our family group of 4 adults (2 married couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is great with fabulous views of Lake Dillon, everything we needed included. We will definitely return when back in the area.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was the perfect size for our group and the views were outstanding. We used the hot tub one night. We also loved walking our kayaks down to the lake. Everything was amazing. I want to rent this place again the next time I visit frisco!

I would stay here again!

The condo is in mint condition, it looks as if you are the first guests staying there. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Gorgeous views from the condo which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here, too bad the management company does not clean the windows, they were so filthy that when the sun hit them in the morning we couldn’t see out. I contacted them but never got a response.

The location of this property was great. Beautiful views of the lake and close to lots of activities. The inside of the of unit could definitely be cleaner. We prepared most of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware however, low on or missing a few "essential" items. No salt, only 1/2 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher soap tabs, etc.

Exceptional View at a Lovely Condo

This condo is all the things you want a vacation condo to be. It has a fabulous view of the lake and mountains which was a priority for me. The condo is spacious, clean, well furnished, nicely decorated, has nice linens, and there were plenty of basic supplies. I was totally pleased and highly recommend the property. The management company was attentive and directions were sent out in a timely way both for check-in and check-out. The steps in the condo are evident in the picture, but just to reinforce, there is a flight of outside steps to get into the condo, and the kitchen and entry are two steps down from the living and master. If you have mobility issues, you might want to think about that.
