Welcome to 375 Sea Bass, a beautifully appointed 3-bed, 2.5-bath retreat nestled along the peaceful marsh. This serene coastal home blends comfort, warmth, and relaxation—making it an ideal choice for winter getaways and extended seasonal stays.
While Fripp Island slows down for winter, everything you need is still wonderfully close. A highly desired beach access is just a 5-minute walk (or under 2 minutes by golf cart), perfect for quiet morning strolls along the shoreline. The Beach Club area—featuring tennis, pickleball, year-round pools, shopping, ice cream, and casual bites—is also nearby. Head the other direction to reach the marina, golf courses, and the Bonito Boathouse restaurant. Winter fishing off the nearby bridge is a favorite pastime.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting layout perfect for longer stays. The main floor features a luxurious king suite with an ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room with a twin and trundle provides a quiet corner for reading, relaxing, or accommodating additional guests. All bedrooms feature large smart TVs for cozy winter nights in.
The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and unwinding, with seating for eight and plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking at home simple and enjoyable. A full laundry room adds convenience for month-long or seasonal stays.
Outdoor living shines in winter, too. Both the front and back porches offer comfortable seating for enjoying cool coastal breezes. The screened-in back porch—complete with fireplace table and TV—is a favorite winter spot for relaxing, reading, or catching a game. Grill out using the gas grill or smoker, or end your day at the marshfront fire pit under a starlit sky. A private outdoor shower with hot water is available year-round, and the home’s exterior lighting makes late arrivals effortless.
The 2-car garage is stocked with everything you need for slow-paced island days: bikes, a ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, racquets, beach toys, and more.
