Waterfront! Hot Tub!
This north facing, waterfront home just minutes from town, is a retreat for a small family or a few friends to come and relax on San Juan Island. (EWR) **There is a staircase that is used to access the house.

Located on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen with an open concept to the living room and incredible view of San Juan Channel.
Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV (Roku's equipped for each TV with your personal login) or sit and watch the boats cruise past the waterfront. A small collection of board games is provided in the living room for the family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs (spices are not always guaranteed) which includes an in-island cooktop stove and sub-zero refrigerator. Seating at the bar and at the convertible armoire/table are the options to enjoy your meal.

There is a large, spacious deck off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed, en suite bathroom with double sink and heated floors, and private outdoor deck. The extra room off the upstairs bedroom has a hide-a-bed couch and pack n' play for the smaller child.

Downstairs boasts a Queen bed, 3/4 bathroom and access to the outdoor 6-person hot tub.

Enjoy a meal on the picnic table while watching the boats drift by. This is a great space to relax and unwind on San Juan Island.

** Parents please be aware that this home has low-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for all children.
**Outdoor fires are not permitted at this property any time of year.

** Multiple stairs are used to access this property. Not wheelchair accessible.

Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

If I could give this house 10 stars, I would. It is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is amazing! The location is very quiet, and I could sit on that deck for days and enjoy how unbelievably beautiful the view is. We had a seal that hung out around the shore right beneath the house every morning and evening, and a huge bald eagle was there almost every day. 10 minutes from Friday Harbor, so you get the best of both worlds. The owners are very responsive. We will absolutely be back!

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!

I rented the house for a long weekend birthday celebration (72nd). I invited my son, his girlfriend and my grandson, his wife. They are all in their late twenties/early thirties.The house was just as described except for the long set of metal stairs down the hill to the house. It may have mentioned them in the listing, just be aware that someone needs to be able to navigate them, in and out, with everyone’s belongings, food, games, etc. We absolutely loved our time at the house!
Lunch in Friday Harbor.
The hot tub easily fit 6 people.
Lots of nice shops and beautiful flowers in Friday Harbor.
Upstairs bedroom, so cozy and comfortable. Perfect for one person.

Great Family Get Away

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. The home was spotless, well stocked with essentials, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax right away.The host provided clear instructions for check in/check out and even offering helpful local recommendations. The location was perfect off the water, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night's sleep.One of the highlight was definitely the patios with a stunning view, open floor layout with or fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. It really felt like a home away from home.Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this property again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free getaway!

Rustic and cozy

Tongue and grooved knotty pine, Leathered granite counters, views of the water from every angle. High end amenities, a perfect place to unwind. High end flooring throughout with heated tile floors in the bathrooms and utility/wash room. An amazing place to stay on San Juan, perfectly situated between Friday harbor and Roche harbor. Orcas, sea lions and coast guard were plentiful for viewing from the two different balcony style decks. What a treat!

We loved staying here. The only disappointment was that the fireplace is not for guest use. Also, no fires are permitted on the property even when fire restrictions are lifted.

Gorgeous, peaceful and cozy

Stunning views of the sound from every room. The home looked just like the pictures. We came here for a quick getaway with another couple, and we loved the board games, the decks, easy access to Friday Harbor, and privacy the home offered. We’d love to come back!

Million dollar view

The space was set up as a real adult getaway. No bunk beds, no corner piled high with beat up games and puzzles with missing pieces. It felt very high end. The location was nothing short of peace and quiet. Solitude. It was everything we wanted. The hot tub was amazing…with a view. This is the place you go to get away. Leave the kids and dogs home with the in laws and reconnect. Also such a short distance to the downtown for dining and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will absolutely be returning.

Perfect Getaway on San Juan Island

Our stay on San Juan Island was absolutely magical, thanks to this incredible VRBO home right on the water. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the ocean and the peaceful sounds of nature. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with friends. One of the highlights was waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning, which we could enjoy right from the comfort of the cozy living room or the expansive deck. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook our meals, and we loved having dinners outside with the ocean breeze. The location couldn't have been better. It was secluded enough to feel like a true retreat, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and activities. The property owners were fantastic hosts, providing us with all the information we needed ahead of time and ensuring that everything was in perfect order upon our arrival. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay special. Overall, our time at this VRBO home exceeded all expectations.
