Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Stub´n' with Shared Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our vacation cottage "Seinerzeit" offers space for 2 - 10 people. Divided into two separate apartments that are lovingly and comfortably furnished with natural raw materials, such as wood from our own forest and granite, as well as with style. The vacation cottage is ecologically supplied, because it is heated by the in-house organic wood chip heating.



Its electricity is generated by its own photovoltaic system and its own soft water comes from the farm's own well.

All apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers, as the furniture is made from reclaimed wood and carpenter-made, therefore treated without chemicals.



Each apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, egg stove and much more.

Comfortable, electric, height-adjustable couch and a flat screen TV. Corner bench made of old wood with a large dining table for up to 5 people.



On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (parents' room with double bed) and children's room with two single beds.

In the parents' room there is also a sofa bed and an infrared cabin,

where you can relax after a stressful excursion.



Large bathroom with walk-in shower, free-standing wellness whirlpool bath.



Each apartment has its own balcony, communal terrace in the inner courtyard with wooden benches.

Daily breakfast basket with fresh milk, eggs, honey, jam directly from the farm and the region,

We also offer a large self-service drinks fridge in the main building,

for hot days or just a beer at the end of the day.
