Beatiful home with plenty of room for my family to enjoy an amazing time together. The only drawback was the weather that was not conducive for a day out on the lake.

Fabulous

This property is five star all the way! We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this ranks at the top of the list.Well stocked kitchen, many games, and lots of area to sit outside comfortably for conversation! The owner was prompt and came to resolve a minor issue quickly! Perfect for sisters and husbands to hang out together! Would stay again.

annual Family Get-away

Our family (three generations) loved the house and property. It was clean, well laid out and the kids loved all the TV's. The kids had a blast fishing and the deck and yard provided a great space for family activities. And the BEST--this is our first rental in years that actually had firewood we could burn. Great job taking care of everything for us!

House and location were perfect for celebrating our son’s graduation from Trine University with extended family and friends. We took advantage of the pool table, corn hole boards, access to the lake with our kayaks, the fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Host was very responsive and flexible. We booked our stay 12 months ago for an annual guys trip with friends coming in across multiple states but reservation was cancelled 40 mins before check in time with no reason for the schedule error or how to correct, leaving 10 people stranded on a place to stay. Totally unacceptable and owner did nothing to help us.

Lake James

The hosts canceled on us days before our trip. They tried to say that the platform double booked. We were able to get in touch with the other people that took our original rental and they told us that they had only booked six months ago where we had booked two years ago. I also tried to reach out for questions about where the coffee maker was or where do we put the trash because there were no garbage cans and there was no response at all from the host. There were no directions on how to check out either. The location was great, but would not rent from this host ever again.

Amazing getaway close to Chicago

The house was beautiful with cozy and welcoming feel. Right on the lakefront with fantastic amenities including ping pong table, pool table, outdoor girls, bonfire with plenty of logs. Plenty of sleeping space that fit our party of 16 very comfortably. Prime location just five minutes from state park with horse trails, public beach, picnic area and more. When I say perfect for a large group... I mean perfect for a large group!

This place had EVERYTHING - NINE different beds - Audio ran throughout the entire house that you can control for house music - Pool table - THREE DIFFERENT on the main level, no matter where you were hanging out you could see the game - Yard games already there so we didn't have to bring them - Beautiful outdoor patio with a built-in grill - Campfire out by the water - Huge lot so you didn't feel like you were on top of neighbors - MANY fridges so we didn't run out of room when feeding out 11 guests - 2 different sets of washer/dryer combos I can't say enough about this place. It was clean, tons of really great amenities and surprises and the price is just right. Can't wait to book it again!
