Within the estate, just 300 meters away, you’ll find access to numerous amenities: a bar and restaurant (April through September), a large communal pool with ocean views and a kiddie pool for residents (May through September with wristbands), bocce courts, and various play areas (basketball, tennis, etc.). Parking is also available on the street in front of the house. Access to the house is via a gate and stairs, located below street level. Just 100 m away is access to the hiking trail in the Esterel Mountains, suitable for hiking and mountain biking. The villa does not have charging stations for electric cars; you’ll find accessible charging stations at the LIDL 10 km away.
