The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends up to 15 people.
It is located 300 m from the port of Saint-Aygul and 450 m from the beach of La Galiote. You can also discover Fréjus and all the must-see places.

Welcome to my home! I'm delighted to welcome you to my cosy family home for your next vacation! Built at the beginning of the 20th century and renovated over the years, you're sure to love your stay! Equipped and comfortable, it has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are on the outside of the house, offering the following sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds and 9 single beds (all bedrooms are for two people except one, which is for 3), a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped and functional kitchen, and two bathrooms (which remain as they were). Don't be surprised if the taps are a bit old-fashioned), an outdoor shower with hot water, and a superb terrace with a magnificent view! With its 300 square meters, even with 15 people, you can all have your own corner of tranquility! You'll have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one: Dolce gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, washing machine. often nearby. You'll find a VIVAL 600 m from the accommodation. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.

Bien pour l’événement amical mais pas vraiment pour un séjour en famille la vétusté de quasiment l’intégralité du logement et le manque de propreté se laisse à désirer…
