    VIVIENDA AL AIRE LIBRE DE LA PLAYA

    Las vistas del golfo lo saludan en el amplio balcón de 300 pies cuadrados. Sumérjase en cómodos muebles de mimbre con una bebida fría en la mano y relájese en la brisa marina.      Aquí en Surfside, obtienes lo mejor de ambos mundos: un tranquilo pueblo de playa y una sofisticada casa de playa a la que regresar después de un día de exploración. Esta nueva construcción tiene todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa, y nuestro interior cuidadosamente diseñado incluye una paleta de colores suaves, una decoración y mobiliario de lujo y detalles náuticos como cortinas de arpillera. Una sorprendente cocina totalmente blanca cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y brillantes mostradores de granito, incluida una isla con capacidad para dos. Con un sistema de filtración de agua para toda la casa y un filtro RO en el refrigerador, siempre tendrá acceso a agua pura y de excelente sabor (esto es importante en Surfside porque el agua tiene una alta concentración de minerales, lo que puede afectar el sabor). El dormitorio principal del primer piso es de tamaño king, con acceso al baño compartido detallado en mármol luminoso. Arriba, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen-size más un conjunto de literas nuevas de dos camas individuales, y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen más un sofá cama doble nido. Encuentra una ducha espaciosa y paredes de color azul polvo en el baño compartido del segundo piso. Su estadía en Surfside Beach será lo más fluida posible: una sala de lavandería completa, Wi-Fi de cortesía y una ducha al aire libre se suman a las comodidades, y la abundancia de artículos de playa le permite aprovechar al máximo este inmaculado lugar junto al Golfo.

Great location!

Steps from beach, clean and cozy

It was like staying at a clean friends house. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Beds were comfy and family room was cozy for us to all hang out, watch movies and play games. Beach was just very close and we went everyday.

Surfside is a sleepy little community. The house is a great location about a 90 second walk from the beach. Owners are very helpful.

Surfside

Second time we’ve been to surfside and stayed in this house. Great location, about a 2 minute walk to the beach, less if you don’t have a bunch of gear. Owners are super responsive. Great community, we’ll definitely go back.

Wonderful as always!

This was a repeat stay for us and it was wonderful as always! We rented the golf cart again which is so handy to haul things back and forth to the beach. The house is very comfortable and the communication with the owners is prompt. We love coming to Surfside - it's so relaxing. The beach is our happy place! Thanks again to the Britt's for a wonderful week at the beach!

Everything was perfect

The home was beautifu, clean and comfortable. The host was very professional and accommodating. The golf cart really made getting around easier once we figured out the beach access points. The beds were all very comfortable. The appliances, dishes, and furniture were very nice and easy to use. I will stay here again and again.

Great weekend!!

We had a great time for Jeep weekend! Only minor issue was the hot water, owners offered to semd handy man, but we were at the beach and didn’t get back until late. All the boys were happy to shower outside!

Family getaway

The house was great. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the beds are a little outdated and are somewhat stiff compared to my home bed. This may be subjective but just my 2 cents. Overall, the stay was great and super convenient considering it is EV friendly.

Great property

This house is in a great location and is very clean, updated and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The owners are very helpful with questions and even send you a helpful manual about the property and the surrounding area. We went over Labor Day and it had been raining a few days before we got there. The mosquitoes were terrible in Surfside so bring mosquito spray just in case.

Owners went above and beyond our expectations!

The property was just as presented in the advertisement. What really set it apart from other location we have rented was the efforts of the owners. We had an issue (noise) with a neighboring property. When I shared the situation with the owners, they contacted the owner of the neighboring property and got the situation fixed in less than 24 hours.

Clean, cozy lil spot with TONS of soft blankets!

Short little beach trip to Surfside. Our whole family enjoyed the house, pretty baby friendly had my 10month old with us. Loved that there was a gate to keep him safe on the top deck. We went during the month of April - PREPARE FOR MOSQUITOES! We were not, and the house was our cozy get away from the Monster bugs lol. We also loved all the extra throw blankets stored all around the house! Everything was in working order except one of the bed frames were broken- but it did not effect our stay as it was not a full house for us.
