This home has one of the coziest living rooms you've ever seen. Take a load off on one of the comfy couches and put on your favorite movie or show on the streaming-enabled TV while you enjoy ocean views all around you. The open concept space flows into the bright, beautiful, spacious kitchen.


Fully stocked and equipped, you'll have everything you need to make delicious meals, snacks, and beverages. Take a seat at the lovely dining table with ocean views or take your meal outside and enjoy the lovely patio furniture on the spacious deck.


The bedrooms are all unique and supremely comfortable, filled with calming colors and coastal décor. 


The primary has a king bed, an attached bathroom with double sinks, and direct access to the home's second deck.


Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen bed and also has access to the second deck.


Bedroom #3 has two separate twin beds.


Common area has a full sized bed with trundle underneath.


All 3 bathrooms are spacious, updated, and have lots of counter space and storage.

Pet Policy:

We know some vacations just aren’t complete without your furry best friend by your side. We are happy to accommodate dogs at this property under the following conditions:

Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
A $100 pet fee will be invoiced and must be paid prior to your stay.

    Our stay was actually Sept 12th-19th -- VRBO failed to fix the dates for me to share my review earlier.My parents balcony door would not open and turns out it has been broken since July. The washing machine was broken (my infant had gotten car sick upon arrival and also I had only packed clothes accordingly) - and when maintenance finally came by, he said he knew it was broken and had requested for it to be fixed before our arrival. They finally fixed it the afternoon before we left so I was able to wash the car seat with the one soap pod we had been given.There was a nail sticking up on the patio that luckily my husband found and not one of the children running around. I stepped on a rusty nail going down their boardwalk to the beach. We were left with like half an inch of hand soap -- no soap in any bathroom. We had to reach out to house keeping in order to have the house fully stocked for our stay.Two live cockroaches and trails of ants. Plus we came home with bed bugs.The bath tub upstairs did not have a plug so the kids had to learn to shower... Burnt out light bulbs... The return air vent desperately needed vacuuming and probably a new air filter. The fridge had broken shelves and drawers.Some big things, but also small things that just reflect very poor management of the property. And the manager was not very responsive or apologetic for any of these issues. We still have not received any refund from the manager or VRBO.

    Location was great with good beach access, has a nice deck with great views, plenty of room for our family. Was not as clean as we hoped, floors were dirty and some other minor issues. While upgrades have been made on parts of the house, there are areas that need updating. That being said we probably will come back.

    Location is the only good thing.I wanted to like this home but there were too many issues.The location and boardwalk to the beach was great. It really made the whole trip worth it.The house on the other hand is rough. The water had a foul smell and taste. We have stayed in Surfside before and no where else has water like this. All of the showers and tubs had some sort of issues and didn’t work properly. All of the tubs and toilets were stained yellowish brown. None of the remotes had batteries and one of the tv’s didn’t work. The door in the master to the balcony didn’t open. Multiple spindles on the deck were missing which was EXTREMELY dangerous for the toddler we had with us. Most of the kitchen pans and utensils were rusted and worn down. The whole house was beyond, wear and tear. If your a group of guys wanting to fish and hang out, this house would work. If you’re a family, I wouldn’t recommend.

    Communication was a little less than I’m used to, but once Sean text me things improved. I’ve always communicated from the app they didn’t reply until I emailed. After that Sean was informative and quick to reply. The house was great, nicest beach house we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Ac worked GREAT! The refrigerator has broken drawers and door shelves aren’t usable but it’s cold! We would 100% rent this house again! Everyone had me nervous about the water. They have a filtration system. You still smell the iron, smells like pennies. We would wash dishes in hot water then rinse with bottled water. Nothing they can help and it’s worth it to stay here. Love the kitchen and living room set up!

    Great getaway

    Very nice house and location. Everything was newer and in working order and very comfortable beds and couches, etc. Cleaning crew missed the floors so we had to do a little cleaning up when we arrived but that has absolutely nothing to do with the host, rather a lazy crew for that particular day. Sheets, bedding, counters, sinks, all were nice and clean. Host offered to send the crew back immediately but we declined so we could move forward with our vacation.I would not hesitate to re-book it at all.

    Home needs attention

    Although we were highly disappointed in this home... the location and views were amazing. Pros:Beautiful view, decorated nice, good heater, and comfortable bed.Cons: Don't think our sheets had been washed or changed (they smelled funky...like unwashed hair), kitchen table had food crumbs left on it, the shower fixtures upstairs were rusted and felt like they were about to break, the sliding door in master to balcony did not work (never were able to use that balcony), the master ceiling fan chain was missing and therefore unusable(my husband fixed it), the toilets were dirty, the balcony had raised rusted nails, the patio light strings did not work...rusted. Overall... it just has been ignored. Very sad because there's so much potential to be great. I messaged the hosts on a Wednesday and a Thursday but no response. Also, they just seem cheap... barely enough body soap, only 1 extra of things, and not enough silverware ...even for just 2 of us. I think only 4 forks and 1 reg size spoon, etc. We've stayed in many places and most all give you enough trash bags for your week stay, etc. If you only want good location and view, this will be good enough for you.Comf

    Ladies retreat

    This was not the house I choose but because the house I rented was not quite ready from restoration from last hurricane. I just was not informed until 24 hours before check in. Then I had to choose another house at the last minute which is not what I would of picked because not on beach front like I was wanting. The rental co. worked with me to give me the best option they had and house was nice and let us check in early and late without charging.

    As close to the gulf as you can get

    Newly remodled house with 4 separate sleeping areas. Beautifully furnished and massively comfy. We drove on the beach! Went to a local restaurant and played trivia. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I travel a lot and have never had such an unpleasant experience. We’ve never paid as much as we did, either. We typically give credit where credit is due by leaving a good review. I understand some things are out of their control, but not everything. We can start with the blanket that had BLOODY STAINS in the master bedroom. The ceiling fan didn’t work at all in this room, and the patio door was stuck. My husband could pry it open, but it took full force. The water smelled awful and foul in all the drains. It's almost like sewage water in the kitchen. ALL of the dishes were dirty. The pans rusted. There was a wet mop left in the front bathroom, and the toilet was stained and looked like it had never been washed. The bolts holding the place together cracked and crumbled, and then there was the deck. The rusted nails that anyone could have stepped on and the missing boards and loose side railing right before the gate on the right side, which my 5-year-old autistic child found. The coffee maker wasn’t clean, the grill wasn’t cleaned out, the door handle kept falling off, and it would have been nice if someone had warned us that the MOSQUITOES were so terrible. We drove over 5 hours and would have planned preventative measures, or the fact that oil in the water ruined multiple clothes we had just purchased for the trip. I emailed them and got not so much as an apology. I tried copying it but not enough space.

    The place was absolutely wonderful, very beautifully decorated. There seems to be some maintenance needed here and there around the property, some lights and fixtures outside we’re not working handrail and banister railings need fixing. But we absolutely loved our stay

    Great weekend at the Beach

    We have been coming to this beach for may years, this is one of my favorite places we have stayed. House was clean and the walk over to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the views from both the upper and lower deck. I will keep this one in mind for future trips to Surfside.

    Had high hopes…

    We were really excited about our stay when we left last weekend; however, after arrival we had many complaints. Upon pulling up to the property we were disgusted that the property had not been mowed at all. As we navigated our way up the drive with weeds a foot tall on either side. Not acceptable. All neighbors around had mowed yards and this yard looked like an eye sore. We got up to the house and realized the back door onto the main balcony had a completely broken door knob. The whole thing came off everytime we went outside to enjoy the beach. Someone had taped instructions in the upper corner of the door to try to explain the way the door locked; however, the whole knob kept falling off as well as the deadbolt the ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE. We were never able to secure the property at night which was VERY CONCERNING. I went back and read reviews from February where others were complaining of the same issue. February? and now it's April? Inexcusable. Property management should have taken care of the door or the owners should have. The toilets were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I was excited there was a fully stocked kitchen, but then opened a drawer where there were utensils with dried debris from food on them. At this price point we were paying, we shouldn't have had to deal with these things. Also there were rusty nails all on the concrete drive when we arrived. Anyone could have run over these or a person walked on them.

    Just what we needed!

    We wanted an extended getaway on the beach in winter and we couldn't have been happier! We've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and have never had a better stocked kitchen. It was nice to be able to cook at the house without having to make do without the right tools. We had a hiccup with our reservation (our fault ) and they took care of us right away. The location being just a bit out of Surfside was fantastic ... I'm sure it's much busier in warmer months but for us coming from the Midwest in January is was perfect. Very few people and weather much nicer than home. Highly recommend!

    Location, bedrooms, living room kitchen excellent!

    Property manager non- communicator when I texted that the back door to porch was broken and that we had to put furniture in front of door at night. Basically it was an OK beach house and location was excellent. Either owners or property managers are not keeping a close enough eye on property for items that don’t function properly ( I.e. downstairs shower apparatus).
