Located on 400 feet of bay front, minutes from the white sand beaches of Destin and Miramar, is EDEN HOUSE, a 7,000 square ft mansion and 2,000 square ft guest house, with gorgeous water views from many rooms from both homes.
Located on 4 very private acres, filled with 100 oak trees and lush greenery, you will be in another world, watching dolphins from the front patio. Bring your boat or park your sea plane! There is a boat launch just down the road (and plans to build a dock in the future). Venture across the street and fish, kayak, paddle board, or just take in the scenery.
This is perfect for large families and special occasions.

Eden Mansion, offers 7 bedrooms (9 if you use the study and den as bedrooms) and 7 full bathrooms & 2 half baths. Eden house has a dream kitchen with bay views and there is a kitchenette too. It totals 7,000 square feet. The master bedroom has TWO full bathrooms inside! Huge swimming pool with diving board for the kids.

Guest house has 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths and totals 2,000 sq ft but this listing is ONLY for the MAIN house, "Eden House."


This home is able to host events, but they must be approved, with an approximate guest count, and may be subjected to an event fee.

The two homes can be rented separately or together, and there are separate listings for both homes.

If rented separately, the guest house will have a separate, very large area to spread out and spend time outside away from any renters that may be in the main home.

If you love this property, save it, and check back every few months as I plan on making more and more outdoor gardens and areas to spend time in throughout 2024.

Memorable Views

The house was great! Very spacious and the views were really beautiful. Had a small event and we thrilled with views. Property was clean of course the outside the first day seemed a little messy but I think it was the weather from before our arrival because after our stay with the sun it was beautiful. Our host was super nice and helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning

Eden Mansion was amazing for our family. It’s beautiful inside and out. The pool was great my youngest grandson didn’t want to get out for anything lol. It was nice to have space so if someone wanted to stay up later than others you have your own space for peace and quiet.

Vacation

The house looks good online, but once you get there, if not as it appears online. The house was dirty. The floors was dirty dust everywhere dirty towels hung on the rack. The house had big cockroaches. The outside furniture was full of mole, mildew, and dirt the house had five TVs, but only for work. And that big house there’s only four TVs all of the bedroom. Do not have TV if you’re planning on staying there take your own sheets and towels, and plenty of Lysol.

We loved the spaciousness of this unique house. We loved the view of the water and the privacy of this large property! There were many bedrooms to appeal to a large group. Our communication with the host was top notch, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely go back there again!

Family time

The rooms where great. Each family had there own area. Which made it so nice for the littles. The kids had a great time in the pool and the view of the bay was beautiful
