Beautiful newer beach house with spectacular ocean views and right at the beach!

135 Salt Grass Ave, Surfside Beach, TX 77541 (we don't hide the address, so you know exactly what you are getting!). Spectacular ocean views from large front and private back decks. This house is only a few steps to the sand and direct access to the ocean. Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is fully equipped with all new furnishings. 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably (up to 2 more on sleeper sofa, +$10 per person, per night). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and kitchen counter seating (ideal for kids while parent in the kitchen). Other amenities inside include unlimited high speed internet (wired and wireless), cable 4K HDR TV with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD library, 4K HDR TV and Blu-ray player in the master bedroom, sofa and loveseat, large dining table (seating for 8), stereo, private washer and dryer in the property, new central A/C and heat, and ceiling fans throughout enables you to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation with memories that last a lifetime. During your first visit to SeaRay, you will already be planning your next trip!

This property comes with picnic table, chairs for the deck, shaded sitting area with ocean view under the house, charcoal BBQ, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blankets, boogie boards, skim board, beach sand toys, outdoor shower, covered parking, and much, much more!

The host communicated with us and kept us informed with everything we needed: The house was very clean and was how it was described. We were there with our two adult kids for a wedding and it was perfect. We walked to a couple of restaurants and bars and had a great time. The house is right by the beach assess bridge, takes maybe 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Would stay again.

The host was amazing!!! The place was perfect! We stayed as my son wanted to propose on beach and he did!!! The house is a few steps from beach and had everything we needed and was amazing! 10 out 10 for sure!!!

Host was very friendly and helpful during check-in process! The views of the gulf were beautiful from both the front and back balconies. It was clean but not to our liking. I hate leaving negatives but the sofas were both stained, the mattresses were not comfortable for sleeping. The biggest negative of the stay was the smell and color of the water from the faucets and shower. This smell permeated into the sheets and towels, even after washing everything. I don’t think this had anything to do with the home. It may have been due to the public water from the city.

Pure Bliss!

We had such a wonderful family weekend from swimming in the ocean to a bonfire on the beach my family thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect just a few steps from the beach. The host left us 3 5 gallons of water by the water machine and popsicles in the freezer for the kids. The host was very thoughtful and attentive to all of our questions or needs. This quickly became one of my favorite rentals. We will be back.

Fun for the weekend!

6 adults stayed here and we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The condo was nice. Everything was provided and made the trip easy. All beach necessities were available. I will stay here again with family and friends.

SECONDS TO THE BEACH!!!

AWESOME LOCATION, LITERALLY A 30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH. THE KIDS LOVED ALL OF THE BEACH AND WATER TOYS FROM THE SHED. ALSO LOTS OF CHAIRS TO BRING TO THE BEACH. VERY RELAXING TO LOUNGE ON THE PORCH IN THE COMFY CHAIRS AND ENJOY THE OCEAN VIEWS! MANY AMENITIES NEARBY INCLUDING SEVERAL GREAT RESTARAUNTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

Relief from the heat

It was perfect for us. The only issue we had, was your mattresses. I played Goldilocks and found the most comfortable one it was in the bedroom with the twin beds. If all the mattresses were like that one it would be sooooo much better. We had a wonderful time and loved the location. It was our first time at Surfside Beach and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks again.

Wonderful house

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The BBQ trailer across the road was delicious, we didn’t try the taco place on the corner but it stayed busy when they were open. The shed was filled with toys, umbrellas, and chairs perfect for the beach. The wagon should probably be thrown away/replaced as the handle is broken in a jagged edge and my husband got cut on it. Jaz was quick to answer the phone when we had a problem with the lock code. If we come down again we would definitely stay here.
