Beautiful Cozy Brand New Beach House

  • Bienvenido a Sunset Bay! Queremos que nuestra hermosa casa acogedora se sienta acogedora y lo más importante se siente como un "hogar lejos de casa". Contamos con una familia o familias de 10 o menos. Tenemos una hermosa vista de la bahía y un paseo de 3 minutos a la playa privada limpia, acceso de vehículos con en 2 minutos en coche. Tenemos increíbles restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia y entretenimiento de alquiler en pocos minutos. Cafetera para café recién hecho. Cada habitación tiene un televisor con DVD, reproductor de Blue-ray, Direct TV y WiFi. Totalmente amueblado con 2 camas Queen y varias camas para acomodar a todos cómodamente. La casa incluye una lavadora y secadora nuevas y una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar la arena y la sal :) Se admiten mascotas familiares de menos de 40 lb. Muebles de patio al aire libre, piscina infantil inflable con bomba eléctrica, nueva parrilla (con tanque de propano incluido), y totalmente cerrado con valla de piquete para los niños a disfrutar! Gran pesca en la playa o en las bahías hermosas múltiples. Sargen (Bahía del este de Matagorda: excelente pesca) a 30 minutos, Galveston también está a solo 30 minutos. (reg. # 10042)

This property was wonderful and such a good deal. We were only a 4 minute walk from the beach access and the area was beautiful. The house is very close to local grocery stores and had the perfect amount of space for our group. The host was so kind and helpful when there was a potential for severe weather before our trip. Would absolutely book again and recommend to anyone!

The house is great! I saw people next door walking to the beach, but I thought it was better as a short drive. The host answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect beach house for us! Between the cleanliness, space, sleeping accommodations, nice fenced in yard, and the closeness to the beach, this place exceeded or expectations! The host responded very quickly and was very nice! Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Surfside!

We had an amazing stay in Surfside. The listing is a little outdated but we still loved the house. It was ver quaint and within walking distance of the beach. I recommend bringing your own drinking water but otherwise the house is well stocked for emergencies and has basic necessities.Would stay again if in surfside!

Family Vacation

The host was very responsive and check in was super easy. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved the short walk it was to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Girls trip

We were on a budget, but this property was clean and cute, and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. I gave 5 stars because it was a great value for the price.

Such a cute house

We loved our stay there but the only thing I was disappointed about was in the picture it looks like you can see the beach from the house. The house was just big enough for our family. The owner allowed me to check in early. She was very accommodating

Great stay

Everything was fantastic, one of the last tenants dump charcoal in the yard. The beach was a very short distance away. The beach is driveable.

Moms and daughters weekend

We had 4 moms and 3 teenage girls staying in the house and the layout of the house made it so fun. The house is super cute and it looked like it was recently updated. The girls were able to all sleep in the bunk bed room together and the location is walkable to the beach. We definitely made some lasting memories that weekend and in the house.

House was as described EXCEPT location. Was specifically looking for a house to the right of the light and on the beach side of the highway. The house was neither. It was a few miles down and on the bay side of the highway.

Great little stay by the beach

The home was a great layout and in good repair. Great little house for the week! No hand soap. Also it is a short walk to the beach but just know that it is on the west side of the main highway so you have to cross that to get to the beach.

Gulf tastic!

Was easy to access and talking with the owner was simplistic! Walmart and anything you could possibly need is only 20 minutes away. They are correct when they say you need to bring your own water. Plenty of beds and room. We went to Yucca beach (15 per day to park) and also the free beach thats a couple of miles down the road. I recommend the free beach the beaches are the same and well its free, lol.At the beaches we saw crabs, baby sharks, hermit crabs, fish, and jellyfish.We will stay again.
