Fabulous

We loved the house and the location. I loved that you could walk out on either deck and see the Gulf of Mexico. My family enjoyed the area and we had a chance to just relax.

Clean, well stocked and easy access to the beach. The management company made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Beach House

Beautiful view of the ocean, and the home was very well decorated and welcoming. Very clean and organized. Christy was awesome with the check in process.

Great Beach Getaway

This house fit all our needs. We had our adult children and their spouses with us. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location …very close to the beachfront. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Everything was great other than the internet not working. Host was communicative and we tried troubleshooting, however, we couldn’t figure it out. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue but we have littles with baby monitor on WiFi. Other than that, location is prime. Fenced backyard is awesome for the dogs!

Overall property is good, but the location is too many moquistos. We can not walk or fishing either morning or evening.

Not completely as expected

Place is ok but needs attention to details and owner and/or management company needs to be more hands-on. Almost all porch chairs were broken or split (plastic). Old gas grill should be removed since it doesn’t work - the rust is a hazard. Porch string lights do not work and was not told that up front.

Perfect for family of 7

Home is perfect for grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, 16, 13-1/2, 12 years olds … setup, amenities, location… all fabulous!!! Very clean, everything we needed, while not right on the beach, the view was still awesome! Would love to stay a lot longer … maybe someday 😊 The property manager - Evolve - was super excellent to work with!!

Fun in da sun

I love this beach house and can’t wait to return! It’s very homey and they have everything that you need. The only thing we had to buy were groceries, some beach chairs and some floats. Everything is very close by as well. A suggestion for the owners: more trash bags. Other than that no complaints here!

Family getaway

Beautiful house..close to beach..all the provided amenities ( shampoo,soaps, lotions,beach towels and chair clips) were a nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for 5 adults and a 3 year old..will definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

The beach house was in a good location and was Very clean. It was in a very good location (close to beach, food mart, gas station and fire department). The house has everything you need to cook with. House is very kid friendly with gates to lock. The beds were so comfortable too.

Awesome beach house

Beautiful and clean house, even better in person than in the pictures. Our family had a great time and location was perfect too! This is a must stay if you’re headed to surfside beach for the weekend!

its ok..

The house is as advertised. The manager could definitely be more responsive. We sent an email before our stay asking some questions regarding available amenities, could not get a response until the third day of our stay. One of the beds' (the second floor top of the bunk bed) linens had the impression that it was not changed and cleaned. The house needs some additional pots if the guests are to cook.
