Inside the Home

Arrive to a beautifully landscaped courtyard with brick walkways, mature trees, and ample parking. Step inside to stunning wall-to-wall windows framing water views across the back of the home.

In the great room, a large farm table seats up to 12. A screened porch is off the great room. The primary suite on this level includes a king bed, generous closet space, and private bath.

The chef’s kitchen features a cooktop stove, under-counter ice maker, double wall ovens, and a large refrigerator—ideal for group cooking. Nearby are a half bath, laundry room, and stairs to the upper level.

Upstairs, enjoy a cozy reading loft, plus two more bedrooms (one king, one queen).

Entertainment & Family Fun

The family room opens off the kitchen and offers a pool table, foosball, TV, and games—perfect for movie nights or rainy days. A fourth bedroom and full bath sit just off this space, offering both private and shared access.

Outdoor Spaces

Step outside to sweeping Potomac Creek views and endless ways to unwind. When open, the pool and hot tub area offers lounge seating, umbrellas, and a built-in grill for outdoor dining. Guests also love:
• Kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard for water adventures
• Fire pit and waterfront deck for roasting marshmallows or crab picking
• Fishing off the private dock
• Spacious yard for games and gatherings
• completely fenced yard and prefect for a dog to run around and explore

• Exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, front door, and pool area for safety.
• No cameras are inside the home.
• When open, the hot tub operates daily from 4 PM–10 PM.

Beautiful home on an outstanding piece of waterfront property that has amazing early morning sunrises and lots of areas to play an have fun. Great vacation home for a large family.

Our extended family had a wonderful time at Pine Harbor! Our group of seven included two couples, two college-aged "kids" and a 15 year-old. We had more than enough room and plenty to keep us busy. The dock/water access was perfect for fishing as well as using the provided paddleboard and kayaks. The pool, lounge chairs and beautiful view was by far the biggest draw during the day. We brought a few inflatable pool floats to make the most out of the pool experience. Once evening rolled around, the hot tub and pool table were busy spots. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Clean, spacious bathrooms and plenty of seating throughout the home served our group well. The ample usable grass area was perfect for the yard games we brought (cornhole & spike ball). The hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. Check in/out procedures were detailed and easy to follow. The location of the home was close enough to downtown Fredericksburg that it made it easy to take the train into DC for a day. Free parking near the Fredericksburg train station was a plus. We loved our stay!

We had a great time at the Waterfront Estate! The home had everything we needed and was safe for the little ones. The pool was clean, the dock was ideal for our water adventures and the property had amazing views! We would highly recommend!

Summer family vacation

This was truly the perfect home/location for our summer family vacation. The host were easy to work with and promptly responded to all my questions. The house was well maintained and stocked with supplies. The kitchen was fabulous and the kids appreciated all the toys!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend

The house and grounds are great. The problem was that the owner scheduled an all-day lawn service during the stay so I could not enjoy the quiet space outdoors and pool, which was the main reason I picked the house.
