Unique hilltop home with amazing views and close to Main Street; with Pickleball

Get the best of both worlds! Enjoy a 3/3 new home situated on a beautiful hill overlooking the hill country, but still be close enough to Main Street to easily enjoy the numerous shops, galleries, and bars/restaurants. After the hustle and bustle of Main Street, relax on your quiet front porch and watch an incredible sunset view over the hill country. Or step into the oak grove located south of the house and sit in a hammock chair with a favorite cocktail. Hammocks and hangers in pantry.

The first floor of the guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each includes en suite bathrooms. The top floor is accessed by an outside entry, and is a large room with a king bed and en suite bathroom. This house is perfect for a couples getaway.

The house is equipped with a full kitchen with all new appliances. The washing machine and dryer are full sized units.

Activities: Pickleball court, 4 paddles and balls are available during daylight hours. Popular indoor games provided. Deer, jackrabbits, foxes, roadrunners, birds abound in area. Explore the hill or go for a 2 mile walk into town.

New Weber propane grill at house for a lovely “night in”. Also, a small charcoal grill is available.

This hilltop home was the perfect setting for three couples to relax and enjoy the weekend! Each of us had a cozy personal area but the shared kitchen and front porch with its amazing views were our favorite! The house was superbly stocked and very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in town!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. It had everything we needed and then some. The owner stocked it with snacks, coffee, and filtered water. The house is extremely clean, updated, and perfectly located. Sitting outside at night, and looking over the town was breathtaking and a great way to end the day. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Fredericksburg weekend getaway

The house was located like 6 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg, couldn’t be more convenient! We even had time to play pickle ball on the last day of our stay. I will definitely stay again in the future!!

Girl’s Weekend

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay in Fredericksburg. Hilltop Guesthouse

The house was clean, nicely appointed and had a real “homey” feel to it. The host/hostess were very welcoming and left a nice welcome basket on the kitchen table. The view from the property was awesome and made the eclipse viewing extra special. Definitely a place I will recommend to friends who might be interested in visiting Texas hill country.

Building a lasting friendship with shared memories

This was our first couples friends trip and we had an amazing time. Having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple was definitely a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and I was able to have a good nights sleep. This house was very cozy and beautiful! The property was beautiful and we saw some deer on the property as well. The property owner was very friendly and communicative through the messaging app which is much appreciated. We definitely will stay here again :)!

Awesome guesthouse in Fredericksburg

One of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had! Was perfect for a group of five. House is so well done, front porch and view is perfect for morning coffee, and super clean. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Fredericksburg.

Just perfect!

The view is gorgeous and the house is so nice and cute! The host was so sweet to set us up with birthday balloons, scones and snacks, and even half and half in the fridge for our coffee! Everything was easy and lovely, and we all agreed it could not be more perfect.

Exactly as pictured

This home did not disappoint - it was exactly as pictured, immaculate & had the easiest check in/out process. Plus there were snacks on the kitchen table on our arrival. Fantastic location, easy to get to shopping & restaurants. Would definitely book again.
