Come stay in style at Petit Paradis and live the good life in this beautiful 1/1! The spacious bathroom is to die for with a walk in shower & great vanity to get ready! Spend time outdoors in the big fenced yard, relax in the private hot tub and unwind by the firepit. Sip a glass of wine or your morning coffee on the deck and feel your stress slip away. Only a short distance from Main Street, you can explore Fredericksburg then sleep blissfully in the luxurious king-size bed! You'll love it all!



The Space:

The home is now a duplex! There is another private suite in the front and is rented separately. The only shared space is the driveway, everything else is completely private. Petit Paradis is the back unit, offering full privacy and comfort. Traveling with another couple or a group of four? Send us a message, we’d love to help you reserve both units! We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces.

- Mini fridge (shown in photos) was replaced with a wine cooler, but the wine cooler is currently out of order and no longer being advertised on the listing. The Retro fridge is still available.

- 2 TV's; one in the bedroom area and 1 in living room area (There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.)

Excellent experience. Stayed for two nights. Small but well stocked kitchen. Hot tub is on a private patio. Only change I suggest is curtains for the windows above the bed. Would definately stay again. Very warm electric fireplace below the tv creates a cozy nook that wife really enjoyed.

Outstanding small property for a couple. Clean and modern. Outdoor area was great for afternoons and the location is perfect for walking to everything. Definitely a do over and if you have a larger group there is an adjacent property that could be added.

Such an adorable property! It was perfect for a romantic getaway. Loved the close proximity to Main St while still quiet and plenty of privacy. We didnt use the kitchen much but were pleasantly surprised at the range of kitchen gadgets. The coffee and creamer was a nice touch and one we appreciated as we forgot to bring ours. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway!

It was our first time to Fredericksburg and an anniversary trip. We had a great time. The location was quaint but very clean and functional. It was walkable to Main street and we enjoyed not needing to use our car for the day! Nice, relaxing visit to a wonderful little Texas town!

We loved this place! Petit Paradise is absolutely perfect! They thought of everything to make it an enjoyable and relaxing stay! This is the perfect place to get away, have fun, shop and relax! The place is the perfect size, wonderfully decorated, and stocked with the things you may need.

Anniversary Stay

This place has been amazing in all aspects, its cute and cozy and very relaxing. We loved it here and plan on returning in the future. The only thing I will say to future people that stay here is be carefule getting out of the hot tub. Its very slippery and there should be rugs with grip put outside of the hot tub. Other than that we love this place a whole lot.

Great Place for Couple’s Getaway

Our stay at Petit Paradis was great. It is a quiet location just a short distance from Main Street. The place was clean, well outfitted, and just what we needed for a weekend trip to Fredericksburg.
