Welcome to the Starry Night Haus! This luxurious ranchette is nestled on 13 acres with a brand new stunning resort-style pool and jacuzzi that overlooks breathtaking views of a peach orchard below! This property's outdoor oasis is genuinely an exceptional experience. You will love the perfect sunrises and sunsets and the gorgeous Starry Night Skies with your favorite beverage in hand! The interior is just as impressive as the outside, boasting a luxurious kitchen, bedrooms, jacuzzi bathrooms, and five large and private bedrooms that sleep up to 12 people! Its location is superb as it is just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg!

This picturesque, private combo has five bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a full-sized outdoor pool bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a dining space, a living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Additionally, this combo includes a wine fridge and wet bar, a gorgeous grilling area, and an outdoor bar, perfect for entertaining a large group, while soaking in breathtaking views of The Texas Hill Country.

This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.

Please Note:
-The indoor fireplace is currently not available for use in the main house.
-Wood for outdoor fireplace is not provided.

-While Starry Night Main Haus and Casita is your entire private rental! Please note there are 3 smaller cottages on the property that may be rented during your stay.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. 4 of us enjoyed this properly for 4 days and 3 nights. There was plenty of space that we could’ve brought the whole family. It was well laid out and kept. Close to town for the Fredericksburg experience but still far enough out to see the beautiful stars. Would definitely come back here. Communication was great and we highly recommend this property

Very nice place. Quiet and secluded. May have just been the weather getting cooler, killed three scorpions and four spiders in the house, unfortunately I got stung by a scorpion, very painful.

My husband and I booked this house last minute. It was really more than we needed space wise but gosh it was dreamy and we are glad we did! Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The check in was a breeze. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. We enjoyed sitting out back watching the sunset. (It was too cool so we didn’t swim but the pool was beautiful!) I wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely be back, as there is plenty of space for our family!

It was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at. We loved everything about the house, pool, and outside lounging areas. So many exciting things to see on the property and in the area. We will definitely be back and next time we will bring our family members with us and rent the little cabins on the property too. And bring our little shitzshu “Bear Lee”

This is an amazing well appointed property. Spent most of our time outside by the pool/hot tub. Property is spacious and plenty of room for extended family. Beautiful views and surroundings.

We very much enjoyed four days in the Starry Night house. Highlights were large house, great rooms, comfy beds, sunset watching in the hot tub, movies on the sofa, trips to Hilltop Cafe (four minutes away).

Beyond expectations. Extremely clean. Attention to details (lights identified, board games, pool towels with theme house decorations) . More equipped than expected. Excellent for children safety (door alerts, door latch for pool access). Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Overall… AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Highly recommended!
