Enjoy this updated, three bedroom, two bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor seating, fire pit and hot tub. Don't forget to bring your fur babies so they can enjoy the fully fenced backyard! Conveniently located near from some of our favorite restaurants and 1 mile away from Main St.
Henrietta Haus is perfect for groups of friends and couples. Come, escape to the 'Burg and stay a while!

Other things to note
Additional pet fee is $70 per pet per booking(plus taxes and fees) and will be added to your nightly rate after booking is confirmed. Doggie bags are provided and we ask that you please pick up after your dog. Permit#8056001374

Great location

Close to so much. Food trucks and live music a block away. Lost Draw , wine tasting, so close as was an HEB. We really weren’t there much as so much to work in for Memorial Day weekend. Beds were comfortable and they had HDMI cable so we hooked up computer and watched basketball playoff.

Nice Stay

The house was great. Clean. Spacious. The listing said “walking distance”……It is NOT unless you want to walk 25 mins to and from town. Uber was easy but we wanted to be within walking distance. Whoever the mgmt company is was NO help at all. She told me they manage 90 properties and cant keep them all straight. I called to see if we could check in an hour early. She confirmed there was no one in the house the night prior and it was clean but said she wasnt sure and would call me back. She never did. She also was zero help with the questions i asked her. The backyard is nice. We didnt use the hot tub but it was hot when we arrived. Fire pit is great. Besides the fact that youncant walk to town the thing we hated the most was the air fresheners. They about killed us. We instantly pulled them all out but it took our whole 48 hours to get rid of the horrific smell and then it smelled like dog. Assuming they have the air fresheners because they allow pets.

Excellent house that is close to Main with a fenced in yard and a hot tub.

The wife and I wanted a weekend getaway for her birthday. The house was amazing, super clean, fenced in backyard, hot tub, fire pit, not too far from Main Street.

Comfortable House Close To Downtown

My family decided to pull a last minute audible and book a Fredericksburg trip for NYE weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked and very convenient (~20 minute walk) to downtown. There is also a park between downtown and the home that my kids loved. Last note, make sure to check out Sunset Grill - also within walking distance and a fantastic spot for breakfast. We look forward to getting back out there.

Awesome place very clean

We had a wonderful time and the house had everything we needed, the cleaning service is awesome The only recommendation we have is there was stickers in the back yard, the fur baby was not happy otherwise awesome place and we enjoyed

Family Weekend

Our group included grandmother, daughter and 2 granddaughters - plus one dog. The house worked perfectly for us. The yard was great for the dog. We will book this house again if we have the opportunity for another visit.
