Our room was elegantly decorated with antiques throughout and yet it was inviting and comfortable! The bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub as well as a shower! There weren’t many other guests so we checked out the other rooms and all were just as amazing! The breakfasts were just brilliant! We felt completely pampered! I look forward to a return visit! "

"El hotel esta muy bien mantenido, lo unico fue que el momento que llegamos solo tenian a una sola persona en la resepcion y no se encontraba en ese momento por que estaba en una habitacion ayudando a un cliente y tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 20 minutos que llegara, de resto me parece que es un buen hotel"

Hotel is close to road and you did hear the vehicles. I would ask next visit to have a room on the back side of the hotel, pool side. "

The manager was very informative about the history of the house, which we found interesting.
Staff in general were knowledgeable about places to visit beyond the battle grounds, dinning options and some specifics about touring the National Park.

"This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay both times. Very convenient location, nice people, good breakfast. My one criticism would be that we were never able to get the room cooled off, making it a little difficult to sleep."
