Apartment in Fratte Rosa with Apennine Views

26 km from the sea, on a hilltop at 450 metres above sea level, in the historic centre of Fratte Rosa (famous for its artisanal terracotta production), near the city walls, stands this 18th-century house with just two apartments.

From the windows, there's a stunning view of the valley and the Apennine mountains. It's a true balcony overlooking the Apennines! About 50 metres away are the public gardens with benches, the church with a small square, the town hall, the bakery that makes fragrant bread and traditional pastries, and two restaurants; about 100 metres away is the post office and the sports area.
The walk around the walls is beautiful, offering views of the Adriatic Sea, and overlooks the arches, quiet streets, and buttresses, where you'll encounter kind and open-minded people.
You're in the heart of a quiet village, steeped in the smells, flavours, and way of life of times gone by.
The sea at Marotta is approximately 20 km away, while the beach and sea at Fano, a city of Roman origins, are approximately 30 km away. Pergola, with its famous gilded bronzes, Mondavio with its fortress, and the medieval town of Barchi are approximately 20 km away. Urbino (the city of Raphael and the Ducal Palace) is 30 km away, Gubbio is 60 km away, and the mystical Assisi is 90 km away.

The apartment is spread over two floors:
• on the first floor, two rooms: 1) living room with sofa, television, fireplace, semi-spiral staircase, kitchenette; 2) dining area;
• on the second floor (accessed via the spiral staircase inside the living room or via a shared staircase outside it), there are 1) two double bedrooms, 2) a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 3) a bathroom with tub and washing machine. The furnishings are restored from the 19th century. From the 1930s and 1940s, some with doors from the 18th century; the living room features original oak beams and walls, some of which are exposed brick and stone.


It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
