This unit is part of a triplex and has a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable living space. Both bedrooms feature ROKU TVs.

This home can sleep (6) by utilizing the couch and an air mattress.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

You will need to utilize your own car.

• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
