Bright Remodeled 3br in town, walk to beach and bay!

Bright and beautiful two story home is within walking distance to all the fun that Frankfort has to offer. This 3 bedroom home easily sleeps 8 and has a newly renovated full bath on the second floor. The second floor has a Master bedroom that has a Queen size bed and bedroom #2 has a Full size bed. The third large bedroom has twin over double bunk beds and a separate twin bed. This house boasts a large living room with ample seating and a large TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook in or BBQ out on the grill along with a dishwasher, disposal and plenty of counter space. Service for 12 - dishes, glassware and silverware. The first floor has a half bath off of the kitchen and you will love the bright sunlite den which is the perfect nook for a nap or catch a little TV. There is pool table in the dining room, with a top that allows for large family dining or game night. Enjoy sitting on the comfortable back porch with a fenced in backyard and a fire pit for cozy bonfires. This charming house is a short 2 blocks to Betsie Bay and the downtown area where this family friendly town has a local pizza shop, 3 ice cream stores, a toy store plus StormCloud Brewery. A quick 10 minute walk to the beach and Frankfort lighthouse gives you hours of fun in the sun. Or take a short ride to Crystal Lake or Point Betsie Lighthouse to tour the grounds and see Lake Michigan at its best.
Home includes free Wireless internet, fire stick TV's, Washer and dryer and is perfect for families! Your one well behaved dog is welcome. Please see our pet policy and house rules regarding bringing the furry member of your family.
Parking for up to three cars in the driveway.

Weekend Away

We had a great time! We were in town for the half ironman and this was the perfect location. We were so close to downtown and we could actually see the bike course from the porch. Sandy was excellent and the house had everything we could have hoped for. If we do the ironman in the future we will definitely be back!

Pure relaxation

We love Frankfort and staying at Sandy’s place added to our need for a relaxing getaway. The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of spaces to read a book, watch tv, or nap. The beds are super comfortable - easy to sleep in every morning. Perfectly located and an easy walk to town and the lake- less than 10 minutes. Truly added to our vacation. Would definitely stay here again !

Great stay in Frankfort!

My family had a great time in Sandy’s lovely cottage for a second summer! The cottage itself and the location are perfect and Sandy was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful two weeks at the lake!

Bathroom Count Misleading

Information pertaining to the bathrooms is misleading. There is only 1 full bath and a half bath. Property description states 2 fulls and a half bath. This was a deciding factor when choosing the home so we were a bit disappointed. However, it was too late to find something new so we made it work with the number of adults. House was extremely clean and cozy. Great distance from town.

Bathroom count is inaccurate

The Vrbo listing clearly states 3 bathrooms. Then there is a 2 under the shower head (which makes you believe two baths with showers) and a 1 under the half bath. There is only ONE bath with a tub/shower and ONE half bath. We wanted two full baths. We made it work and we had an amazing vacation just think the way it is listed is deceiving

Perfect location!

The property is located in walking distance to downtown and Lake Michigan. It was the perfect location for our girls week with grandma, aunts, me and my daughters. Everyone had a great time, despite the rainy weather. The teens loved being able to walk to town on their own and go to the skate park and basketball courts a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The house itself was very clean and charming.

Perfect home for a Frankfort vacation

Sandy’s cottage is spacious, comfortable, clean and perfectly located to enjoy the Frankfort beach and town, as well as the surrounding area. My family of 5 loved our three week stay!
