An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be added if smoking or vaping occurs inside home. Due to allergies; only hypoallergenic dogs are permitted.
No running or glass around pool area. Adult supervision at all times with children. HOME IS NOT BABY OR TODDLER PROOF. Cleaning supplies-accessible.
For more than 6 guest, an additional $25. per night, per person will be added to base rate. Use of hot tub is $25 per hour after 1st hour.

Beautiful property, wonderful homeowner!

Joyce was very kind, accommodating, and pleasant and went above and beyond to check in regarding the severe cold weather in the area. Her property is beautiful with every amenity you could possibly need, including the most luxurious master bath ever! Highly recommend, it was a wonderful experience!

PERFECT for our graduate school reunion!

Five of us stayed at Joyce's beautiful property but nine of us spent our days here and truly enjoyed every minute! I have never stayed in a rental property that was better stocked; the owner offered up whatever was in the pantry and the bathrooms were stocked with more supplies than we could use! The pool was lovely, there are plenty of places to sit. The neighborhood felt very safe; I walked 4 miles there each day. Our group had a huge breakfast together and made great use of the island and the dining room. The property is a short distance from many places in Ft. Worth; we just couldn't have asked for a better location. Joyce's communication was top notch and it felt more like staying in a friend's home than a VRBO. Thank you, Joyce, for a wonderful weekend-we will never forget our time together!

Absolutely Beautiful

Inside and outside was simply beautiful yet we had all the comforts of being at home as well. We were here for my son’s wedding so the space for our family and dogs was awesome! Would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

This home had everything one would need and want for a vacation and more! Our expectations were exceeded and the home was so inviting. Everything was so easy from booking to arriving to enjoying this beautiful property. And the pool....was one of our favorite parts! Fantastic home!

We drove down to Texas for my niece’s graduation and wanted to have somewhere to stay with my parents who were driving up from Houston. From day one of even looking at this property Joyce was attentive and such an amazing hostess. Her home is gorgeous and very clean. The pool is huge and we had so much fun swimming with our family the couple of days we were there. The house has been remodeled and I am still in awe of the master bathroom. Best shower I have ever taken and seen. Joyce is very helpful and so very kind. We definitely will choose this house anytime we come down to Texas to visit again. A must stay for sure.

This home was perfect! In the city but, the property and location felt like a retreat! Gorgeous views from the back porch! All the linens, pillows and beds were very clean and comfy. We’re already coming up with a reason to come back!! P.s THE MAIN SHOWER!
