Fossil Creek House

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We really loved the house. Plenty of towels and bedding. The neighborhood was nice as well.

My first impression was a surprise, seeing a glass front door but we got used to it. The house was beautifully decorated, and the bedrooms, quite comfortable. A small inconvenience was the host providing an iron with no ironing board. The location was next to a park which was nice for a morning walk. The location was convenient to grocery stores restaurants and short drives to city entertainment. Overall, a great stay! Would recommend.

Exceptional Property - Great location

Our group of 8 stayed 4 nights in the property. The house was well equipped, clean and lots of space for everyone. Nice and quiet neighborhood which was a reasonable distance to easiily visit the Fort Worth Stockyards. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Host was helpful when having to retrieve left behind items. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house.

Check in and out need work. The lock box needs to be digital make it easily to operate.Kitchen was clean, and spacious, would've been nice with welcoming complimentary treats/snacks and a personalized welcome note. May be one room can have 2 full size beds.Overall nice property.

Beautiful and quiet

The house was bigger than we needed but was in a great location for visiting our daughter. Near restaurants and groceries. Very clean and pretty house. The front door was hard to lock from the outside, but we could park in the garage so we didn't need to use the front door much. The backyard faces a wooded creek, so very nice.

Wonderful for family get together

We rented this house for the Christmas Holiday. We have two kids in the area and one from out of town who joined us at the house. We cooked meals in the wonderfully stocked kitchen and enjoyed family dinners in the dining room. After getting permission, we took a Christmas tree and set it up by the fireplace. Our kids were so happy that we had the tree. The beds are comfortable, linens are luxurious, and everything was spotless. We highly recommend this house for a family trip.

Well first I tried communicating with host to get check in details 4 days and one day prior to check in and never received a response fromhost until I spent an hour on the phone with Vrbo and they couldn’t get in touch with host my messages or phone. I had to try to find accommodations at the last minute for my familyon Christmas Eve then finally received check in information from host about 45 minutes before check in after stressing to try to make other arrangements for our stay. We finally checked in them couldn’t get WiFi to work and I messaged host again and still haven’t received a response days after check out. House was nice but had glass front door which was weird and front door was hard to lock and unlock. They only had one key in a lock box so had to put key in box every time we left , would be nice to have a digital code on door like all the other places I have rented. Didn’t have any check out information either.
