Fun in the sun! The Pelican Isle Beach Resort located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is your ticket to paradise! This beach front resort provides million-dollar views of the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, visit the fitness center, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream!

Perfect place but needs new mattress

Absolutely great place! So clean! Kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware! Layout is great with plenty of seating! It just needs new mattresses! King size bed had a ditch on one side and a ski slope on the other! The queen is just soft. But would recommend completely. Easy fix!

Excellent Attention to Detail

Owner does the little things right like providing enough supplies to cover the rental duration and including some things like beach service other units do not have. Unit was clean and well stocked, and if the beds were a little more comfortable, we might have never left. Five stars across the board.

Everything was perfect!

We had a group of 50+ family members staying at Pelican Isle and everyone had a great experience! The units were clean and the Kimberly Lang was phenomenal on communication! We will definitely be back!

Nice stay!

Definitely pleased with the stay, the housekeeping could use just a tad of attention but nothing major. The pool needed maintenance while we were there but it was done very quickly and communicated in advance. Not overcrowded. One of our most pleasant stays in the area yet. Will be returning for sure!

Fun at the Beach

We had fun and did as much as we could before the rain came in and canceled a few of our planned outings! My grandson that is 15 only wanted to go on the fishing putting! I hated that we had not booked it earlier in the week! The storms didn’t let up and re did not have time to rebook!

Family meet up

I loved everything about this condo! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed for cooking meals, LOTS of towels, 8 beach towels, beautiful decor, very spacious, everything was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness is due to outdoor furniture had debris left on it... a used q-tip and a foil seal from a bottle. So obviously the furniture wasn't wiped down either. But communication was great so I would definitely rent this unit again!

Awesome place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay perfect location, condo very clean and stocked very well. Beach was not overcrowded like many other places we have stayed. Great area to stay. Property management and owners were always available whem needed. We definitely will return. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years. It is everything you want in a vacation home. The location is perfect, beach front and close to so many great restaurants. Unfortunately, we will not be returning next year due the increasing costs.

Great value, perfect location

Our unit was probably better than described. Super roomy and well equipped. The only criticism I have is the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is more than functional, but definitely well used. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway for a wedding

We had a great time. Enjoyed beautiful beach time and it wasn’t too crowded. Unit was clean. It was nice to have the beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was perfect.

Beautiful Thanksgiving get away! Property was just as described with all the amenities needed.

Very pleased with property mgmt the door key code did not work but I was contacted within 10 mins of sending msg for assistance. Condo was very neat & tidy, beautiful view, easy access to beach & parking.
