Welcome to Summerlin #205. This condo has been recently updated and beautifully decorated. You will be amazed walking through the front door to these views!!
Gulf Front, 2BR/2Bath condo directly on the beach with beach service included.
Spacious Two Bedroom condominium is located on the Second Floor of Summerlin on quiet Okaloosa Island. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath. Boasts over 1,100 square feet of tropical living. Comfortably decorated throughout.

This Condo has wonderful ocean views from the Living Room, Master Bedroom, Kitchen and Dining Area. Balcony is large enough for everyone to stretch out and relax on while watching the dolphins swim by.
Master Bedroom has King-size bed and has sliding glass door with easy access to balcony and panoramic ocean views.
The large Second Bedroom has a Queen-size Bed, TV, ceiling fan and window. This Bedroom has access to a Full-size Bathroom, which is also accessible from hallway.
Large open plan Living Room area has pull out Queen-size Sleeper Sofa for extra overnight guests. Relax with plenty of seating space and watch the ocean roll by or enjoy the 36 inch TV and DVD/VCR.

Absolutely beautiful with a perfect view!

Our unit was beautiful! It was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would return. We did encounter a few issues while there. A false fire alarm our first morning was terrifying! Then as they worked on that issue a panel in the elevator's room on the ground floor was left with wires exposed near the ground throughout the rest of our stay, and the fire alarm outside of our room was taken apart and left without the light and cover. The pool was kind of gross on our first day and continued to have a lot of dirt in it throughout our stay. An electrical outlet appeared burnt inside the unit then the other plug on it tripped the fuse and stopped working after causing the plug to get melty hot the day before checkout. And even tho we made sure there was a bathtub in the unit we chose this time, the 2 drain stoppers available did not seal so soaking was not an option. A burner on the stove was faulty and broken upon arrival as well. Maintenance was very prompt when I reported the issues which were not huge deal breakers as we moved the coffee pot to another outlet and used other burners and had very nice showers. The floors were dirty however and we could not walk barefoot without having black feet inside the unit. It was not perfect and yet it WAS perfect!

Great family condo

We had an amazing stay. The condo was an amazing size. Everything was clean. The master bathroom has been remodeled and doesn’t have a tub but besides that our stay was amazing.

Summerlin condo was nice and clean. The view from our balcony was perfect. I liked that it had the higher chairs so we can see over the railings. I would book this condo again!

October get away

It was nice and quiet. Only 11 umbrellas set up for the week, which explains why it was quiet. Plenty of room. The unit is on the end and the balcony is large . The end of the balcony is open, you can see right into the living rooms of the building next door. I wasn’t use to that. I would definitely stay at Summerlin again, but might get a unit in the middle next time. The walk to the beach was the shortest of all condo on okaloosa island. Very nice. Never had to find an open chair and umbrella since not many people were there.

Annual Beach Trip

The condo itself is a 10/10…location, cleanliness, and how well it is stocked. I would love to give a 5 star, but (and in no way can the host help this) we enjoy sitting on the balcony early in the morning and in the evening. There were two distinct days we could not do this because the smell of marijuana was so strong. Again, no reflection on this beautiful condo…just inconsiderate neighbors. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beach vacation

Beautifully decorated, gorgeous views of the water. The building was quiet. Equipped with anything you would need. The pool and short walk to the beach which included umbrella and 2 chairs. We will be back that is for sure.

Perfect beach getaway!

My mom and I LOVED this condo! We started talking about returning to this unit again next year before our trip was even over. The ocean decor was so fun; we each kept noticing things we hadn't noticed before. Location, layout, etc, were just perfect! Our beds were both very comfortable, too. This is a corner unit, so we had extra views and light. Stewby's down the street and The Shack on the bay were favorite places to eat. We also enjoyed a good bit of antiquing in the area. Don't hesitate to book this condo!!

Great Condo — But

Beautiful location and great condo. Unfortunately we could not get in with the access code provided. However after texting customer service, we were given a good code that finally allowed us in. The other unfortunate item - which VRBO may not have known is that some of the condo balconies were being jackhammered to tear out some aging concrete. It was very noisy during the weekday and annoying to be at the pool or the condo. Next time we will try to find out if construction of this type will be conducted before we book.

Perfect condo!

This was the most well-equipped comfortable condo I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, clean and we were thrilled with the location. The small complex made accessibility to the beach perfect. I have never stayed in fort Walton and I will now probably never stay anywhere else! We were able to get to any restaurant we wanted to within minutes with in virtually no wait time. Again, I would recommend this unit to anyone I know and can't wait to go back.
