    This stunning fourth-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a private balcony accessible through the living room’s glass doors. Start your mornings with the sound of the waves or unwind in the evening with a spectacular sunset.



    The spacious primary bedroom is also Gulf-facing, featuring direct balcony access—perfect for enjoying the view right from your room. Nearby pickleball courts provide a fun way to stay active, so don’t forget your paddles for a friendly match.



    Inside, the condo is beautifully updated with modern décor and thoughtful upgrades throughout. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, new appliances, updated cabinetry, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals with ease. It includes a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher.



    Both bathrooms have been elegantly renovated with upgraded fixtures, cabinetry, and marble accents. The primary bathroom features a luxurious white marble jetted tub along with a spacious walk-in shower for a spa-like experience.



    The living room offers a cozy, oversized sectional—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach—along with a TV, DVD player, and VCR. The primary bedroom includes a TV and a large walk-in closet with a dresser for added storage. The second and third bedrooms are also well-appointed, each featuring a TV and



    Things to Know

    Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

    The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Loved it!

Beautiful condo, had great weather, and had days in the ocean that were both calm and good for catching waves. It was easy to get around the area, and enjoyed some great food. Look forward to coming back!

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The view is perfect and the long balcony is very enjoyable. Very clean unit, comfy master bed, nice kitchen and huge TV. Plenty of room of the six of us! Big plus was 3 full bathrooms!

Perfect Vacation

The property was perfect for us, all areas were just right. Kitchen was stocked with all of the appropriate items. Beautiful beach. Found affordable restaurants in the area with good food. Vacassa was perfect with getting appropriate information to us when needed. Thank you.

Everything you would want in a condo. Everything worked, beds were comfortable, lots of room for seating, big deck for viewing. We had 6 with us and invited over 4 adults and 5 more kids and had no problem eating and watching fireworks from the pier.

Nice views, and comfortable overall. Condo complex was dated. We really wanted a rental with a regular tub for our small children, this one had one in the pictures but did not when we arrived, very disappointing.

Best view

Hands free access to condo. I absolutely loved the balcony. It was spacious with nice, comfy chairs and the beach is right there. I could be on the beach all day without putting my feet in the sand. The umbrella and beach chairs on the beach were wonderful. The place was updated and nicely decorated. Just needs a knife sharpener

Emerald coast Christmas! Beautiful condo with beautiful views!!

We were here for the week of Christmas with our two adult children. The condo is beautiful and very roomy! Loved the couch as we could all fit with a couple stretched out. The balcony was also very large! My only suggestion would be to update the cookware. Pans were very difficult to clean. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome Condo!

This condo was beautiful! The pictures are lovely but the condo itself far exceeded expectations. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, probably the best I've experienced when renting a condo. There were plenty of towels, which may seem like a small luxury but that's something we seem to always run out of within a day or two. Check in/out was very easy. We were even able to check in a couple hours early, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely keep this in mind for our next girl's weekend!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I are in our 70's and we travel a lot. This was our first 7 day vacation to Fort Walton/Destin area and we weren't disappointed. This condo is beautiful, clean, spacious and the view from the balcony is awesome. There were 6 adults in our group and we had more than enough room. The kitchen is well equipped with most everything you'll need. except there was no Keurig Coffee Maker, add one and this is definitely an A-1 rental. We will be back.

Bad information

At the time of booking I was not told the Balcony was out of service I go every year to sit on the balcony and relax and hear the ocean it’s the only reason I go I own 3 business and that’s my get away time the room was great but I believe if they would have told me that I would have stayed somewhere where else until the renovations Was completed talk to staff they told me there was nothing they could do

Beautiful Balcony Views

Spacious condo with amazing view of the beach. The kitchen had all we needed. We had an issue with the washer and dryer smelling of a sewage-type smell. Maintenace (he was great) had to come 3 times to try and alleviate the stench. Vacasa has been notified of cleaning/deferred maintenance items that need addressing. Even with the hiccups, would consider renting this unit again.

Spacious, beautiful decor, and beach access - some maintenance TLC needed

Immediate beach access, spacious, and beautifully decorated unit made a very relaxing vacation and I will come back. But - there were many maintenance issues that should have been resolved prior to our stay - AC/Heat not working, ceiling fan needs replacing, inadequate lighting in master bath, grit left in sliding door track from recent renovation, etc. Most of our issues were promptly resolved with the exception of the AC/Heat and the replacement of the ceiling fan.

Great Relaxing Stay

Property was on a nice area, away from congested part of Fort Walton. The app and the email communications with the property made it easy to check in and get to our unit. This unit had great view of the beach and we absolutely enjoyed the balcony. I think other than the beach, balcony was the second best part of the trip. Even though I think the unit needed a major deep cleaning, it was nice and had plenty of room for all 6 of us to hangout or have our own separate spaces. This property is close to the grocery store and restaurants. Also, you can use the Uber Eats app to order food to the unit. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and convenience of being right on the beach. I would definitely go back to this unit or another unit on Island Echosin the future!

Expected better for what we paid

It was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing. However, the beds were not comfortable at all. Even my children ended up sleeping on the couch most of the week. The master shower was not made for tall people. There were 6 of us and hot water ran out fast. One of my children found a cigarette lighter in the couch. I found an opened pack of gum in the side table. There were 6 remotes for the living room. When we finally got the tv to work, the cable didn’t. Even after someone came to look at it. We had a hard time turning the kitchen faucet off. The best part of the condo was the view, the couch and how close we were to the trash chute.
