Stunning views of the Links golf course and the glistening bay! This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings, an abundance of natural light, and convenience to the beautiful resort swimming pool. The sugar white beach is just a short golf cart ride away. “Refreshing and relaxing” describes this residence in every way.

Our newly updated gourmet kitchen is open and full of light. All the tools you need to whip up the perfect meal for your family and friends are provided in this delightful kitchen space. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located outside on the back porch. The dining area offers seating for eight guests with additional bar seating for two. With cushy seating and a new HDTV, the family room is comfortable and inviting. Relax on the back porch and enjoy lovely resort views. There is upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle, HDTV, and easy access to the living area. The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower. With two master bedrooms upstairs, there is room for everyone. Both are furnished with king beds that are adjustable for the perfect sleeping position. The first master bedroom offers a walk in closet, walk in shower and a dual sink vanity. The second master bedroom offers a shower/tub combo, a spacious closet, and a dual sink vanity.

The Fairways is located on the bayside of the resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! The HOA only allows 1 parking spot for this property. Off site pay to park information can be given upon request.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

We had a lovely time staying at the Cardinal House during spring break. The house met all our needs and had the most beautiful view out back. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning before heading to the pool or beach for a few hours, and there are more than enough restaurants and shops that are accessible with the golf cart. You don't even have to get out on the main road if you don't want to. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

The condo was clean, great location, and worked well for our family. There was a slight issue with the golf cart that the management company was able to remedy for us within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Really Nice

5 adults + 1 baby and it was a perfect place to stay. Condo nestled in the woods on the golf course. Close to pool, tennis, Baytowne shops + a quick golf cart ride to beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Note to mgmt company: stovetop needs instructions as it is confusing to work, also coffee pot doesn’t work (keurig does tho) and the dishwasher doesn’t clean well.

Classic Sandestin Charm

Nicely renovated place with beautiful view of the golf course. Can also see the bay off in the distance. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we always appreciate renovated bathrooms. Great for our family of four. Thankful for the golf cart that makes the beach and Baytowne just a short ride away.

Nice house, not nice golf cart

The house is very nice in a quiet area. All surface areas were clean. Cabinet under the TV was very dusty inside but overall living spaces were clean. It’s beautifully decorated with a very beachy feel. Unfortunately the hot & cold lines are reversed on the washer & we washed cold only items in hot water which did some damage to the items. We didn’t use the golf cart much because it was in poor condition. The front bumper was cracked the whole way across, one headlight was out, one side mirror was missing, the windshield was not attached on one side, the steering was off, not to mention the seats were covered with mold. We felt unsafe driving it. If a golf cart is important to you I recommend waiting until they replace the current one before renting this property. Otherwise, it’s a great choice.

We loved staying at “The Cardinal House”. Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious! If we had any questions/ the rental company got back to us within minutes! We loved it so much, we are going to book the same location next time! No complaints, everything meet our expectations and we had the best time! Don’t think about it.., book it!!

We loved the cleanliness and how much natural light there was in the villa. The decor and view of the golf course was nice. The kids really liked the golf cart. The thing that could have been improved was having more toiletries (there were only small sample sizes in each bathroom for 7 people) and more kitchen supplies. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

Great vacation!

I highly recommend this property! There was plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful with a wonderful golf course view. We absolutely loved having the golf cart to get around the resort! The SanDestin Resort is fabulous and we will definitely be back!
