This Tommy Bahama inspired condo is just what a beach vacation needs. Cool tile and warm wood floors welcome you after your daily excursions and the stainless appliances will welcome your daily use in style.

A king bed in the bedroom will have sugar plums dancing in your head and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate the rest of your crew. Both TV’s are flat screen and the bedroom TV is for movie watching. Beachwood Villas offers a family friendly complex featuring tennis courts, two pools (1 heated, subject to dates and temperature), beautiful court yard and shuffleboard. With beach access just steps away you can enjoy our beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water!

As always the property was very clean and looked just like the photos! It’s very close to beach entrance. This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property over the last 3 years!

Extra Fees Add Up Quickly

This is a nice property. It's clean, cheerfully decorated and VERY close to the beach access on 30A. It's a perfect size for 2 adults and 1-2 small children. 4 adults would be on top of each other with only one bathroom. The square footage is minimal, but it has three large closets, which is a plus. The cable reception on the TV in the living area is very spotty, however the Netflix function worked great. There is a DVD player, but no library of DVD's? Bring your own DVD's. The online photos make this unit appear larger than it is. I would like to have seen less artwork in the bathroom and more hooks for hanging towels and clothing for drying. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no air freshener. The bathroom is right off of the kitchen, so.....I'll leave it to one's imagination. We played tennis on the only functioning court. The net on the other court is not anchored and is left flapping. I used the pool near Bldg. 9. It was filled to the rim from the rains of Cristobel. I booked this condo because the advertised price is well within our budget coming in as advertised. The added fees of the management company brought the total to the top of our budget. We paid more per night than what I had calculated from the advertised cost. Lesson learned for us: rent from owners and not from a management company. The unit is within walking distance to the Steamboat Grill--a great place to eat. Overall, Seagrove is packed with renters and traffic. Renting off of 30A, or away from Seagrove/Seaside/Watercolor, will be our priority for our next visit to the Gulf if we decide to return.
