Waterfront Island Home with Dock, Pool and just steps to the Beach!

Beach and Boating home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach while you enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There a dock you can fish off of and room to park up to a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood. There is also the National Navy Seal Museum, the Jetty State Park, and Pepper county Park located on the island. This is a great family get away with fun options for everyone in the family.

My son and I fish a lot down in the area and this has been our favorite VRBO to date! Great location with a nice dock to accommodate our 24’ boat. The house was very nice and clean. We will be checking their availability the next time we plan a trip down to Fort Pierce!

4th of July 2025

What a comfortable home for fishing, food and family fun! Our days began fishing on the water, then migrated back to enjoy the pool. Our evenings consisted of preparing meals on the back porch and kitchen. This home had everything we could ask for and more! We have already booked our next stay.

Wonderful house and location!

We absolutely loved this property! What a lovely spacious home with awesome pool and water view! We spent more time in the backyard than we did going to the beach! The pool is so clean and refreshing and we loved sitting on the dock relaxing while the guys fished. Mike was great to communicate with as well. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely stay here again if we need a home in the area!

The house was very clean very well decorated the furniture was very nice very equipped the location of it to go out to the inlet was awesome. Overall it was a superb rental one of the best I’ve ever rented and I’ve rented quite a few. I will rent this again definitely five stars.

Perfect place for our stay

First time staying at a house rental and it was great. Came to town for baseball and it was nice having the house to go to for our down time. Not many restaurants on the north island but Sharky’s was perfect for a few nights and Little Jim’s had a fun atmosphere with someLive music. The house owner was easy to get in touch with if needed and it was nice to walk, bike, fish, swim and go to the beach. The navy seal museum was pretty cool too. Would definitely consider this house for a future stay again

Spring Break Lounging

This house is both a fantastic base from which to explore the area as well as a well-appointed place to simply chill. For folks who enjoy walking, there are multiple parks nearby, a convenience store, and a restaurant. Can’t get much easier. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the house, and the owner was readily available.Saw a dolphin and a manatee in the canal, along with many beautiful birds. Fishing was good and ocean was about a 12 minute walk. lots of beach equipment too.Will rent again

Relaxin, Waterfront Getaway

This home is very comfortable, with all necessary amenities and a stunning view. We enjoyed the pool and a little fishing off the dock. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our trip to Ft Pierce. We were visiting family who live on a street over. We loved the pool and the canal. The kids enjoyed playing in the water. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. Plenty of space for my family of 6!

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location and was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and, being able to keep the boat in the water at the house was a plus. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Pierce area.

Great home and location!

We had a quick trip to Ft. Pierce as a family. The home worked perfectly for us. We spent our days on the boat fishing and afternoons at the pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean and organized in the home. We took a boat ride to Jim’s Bait and Tackle for some snacks and drinks. That was fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back!
