    El espacio
    Disfrute de todas las comodidades del hogar, en un resort en la playa, sin el estrés, en la Costa del Tesoro del Atlántico. Esta villa del segundo piso incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla, cubiertos, comedor para 5 personas y sala de estar con TV y sofá cama queen en la sala de estar y una cama doble extraíble. El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con TV y múltiples armarios.
    Ropa de cama blanca, toallas de baño y playa, y sillas de playa también se incluyen para su uso en nuestra playa virgen privada de 3.000 pies. Aquí se ofrece un patio amueblado separado para absorber el cielo fresco de la tarde. Los golfistas no se pierden las muchas rondas de golf y este cómodo condominio en casa.

    Los huéspedes deben usar brazaletes y pueden usar TODAS las comodidades de Ocean Village, pueden alquilar equipos y reservar un tee de golf por una pequeña tarifa. Ocean Village también ofrece internet en lugares fuera del condominio. Gran cantidad de equipos deportivos disponibles para los huéspedes, bicicletas, raquetas de tenis, palos de golf y mucho más.
    Si no tiene ganas de cocinar, nuestros miembros privados solo Tiki bar y el restaurante frente al mar Inn at Ocean Village se encuentran en la piscina principal.  ¡El área pintoresca es perfecta para ciclistas!
    Nuestro restaurante público en el lugar, el Inn, ha sido remodelado, está bajo nueva administración esta temporada y ha recibido muchos elogios.El miércoles por la noche es especial costilla y es realmente bueno y se sirve según sea necesario. Tenga cuidado de no llenar los rollos y la mantequilla con un poco de mermelada.
    El restaurante también está abierto al público.

It was a bit challenging to find the condo. Sorry for having to reach out at the hour I did. Better description of how to locate the unit would be helpful. Otherwise, I absolutely loved the unit and the warmth of home. Thank you!

i thought i was at home..all cleaned, all items needed were here, property was better than expected, pool area and beach pleasant, location within property acceptable, gym and library great, checkin ok, local restaurants close by, beach access easy, supplied beach chairs a plus, pool barn was great, I highly recommend this unit for those who like the beach, pool, golf, sun n relax,

The property is very nice, so is the unit. However, we did not expect to arrive to an unfinished cleaning condition. Wet/damp rugs and bedding laying on the bed, couch, and tables. It took us about 30-45 minutes to clean up so it would be functional.Items still in the washer and dryer as well.I feel like we should be refunded whatever cleaning fee is built into the price.We are leaving now, and I can honestly say we cleaned before we left and left it in the shape that was much better than when we arrived

Well Equipped Condo

I have never stayed in a condo with so many extra touches - right down to toothbrushes! Being on the golf course we even had entertainment! The restaurant in the complex had great food, it was a great place to stay.

The place was in a great location and was everything it said it was. The owner was great as well. WiFi is pretty bad- so don’t count on that. But everything else was great!

The property and unit were very clean. The unit has many thoughtful touches. It’s a high quality unit including an excellent bed. It’s beautifully put together. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurant.

Beautiful condo, great location, and wonderful host

We had an amazing 2 night stay for Labor Day weekend. The host went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early due to us arriving early then 4. Also had a malfunction with the PIN code lock but host called me right away and helped us figure it out. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. Top line sheets, mattress and pillows make it even cozier. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful beach vacay

Great location on Hutchinson island with just the right amount of remoteness away from the hustle and bustle of real life. The beach is beautiful and clean and easy walking distance from the condo. The pool and facilities were clean and grounds were immaculate. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll be back next year!!

Unit was clean and comfortable. Smoke smell coming from the unit nextdoor! Bed was great. Only down was the main pool was not in operation. Restaurant on property was very good!!

Nice Condo

Everything you need. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. No problem with smoke smell as listed in previous reviews. Nice shower too Appliances are updated. Host always got back to me right away which is much appreciated.

Paradise

The second story condo was very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We enjoyed meals on the screened in porch overlooking the 8th hole. The location of Ocean Village was perfect for all of our day excursions from as far south as West Palm Beach to as far north as Sebastian. The main road outside OV was excellent for biking, running, and hiking. Bear Point Sanctuary is a short walk from the front gate of OV and offers access ( fishing/kayaking) to the Indian River Lagoon.

We had a very good stay, condo was clean and communication was good with the host. Only complaint was the couch needs to be upgraded. It is wore out and not comfortable. Also the thermostat to control the air is a terrible one that is hard to use but we figured it out. But we were out enjoying the beautiful weather we had.

Would come back

Overall the unit was nice and fully equippedqqqq. Needs a new sofa though. WiFi was not working but that wasn’t a big deal because I have unlimited data and a hot spot for my tablet. Hard to find the unit so better directions from the owner would be helpful. Also the main pool/tiki hut and restaurant were closed for renovation and we were not informed.

Nice but a few things bad

Was not told pool was closed. My spouse was looking forward to the pool not the ocean. Several utensils in the drawer were covered in food from cooking. That was gross. Otherwise the place was nice and we would have given it a full 4 or 5 star rating

disappointing

This property was not well maintained. Upon arrival it was hot, stuffy and obviously had been closed up for some time. Ants were in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. From the get go, we had trouble with the air conditioning. tried contacting the owner from the morning of 7/25 and finally had the area's community rep reach her. Even with the instructions she gave, the temperature never stayed near a comfortable level and finally gave out completely some time during the night of 7/26 citing no power and equipment error. By that point the door code had quit working and we could not lock from the outside. We packed up and left the morning of 7/27. We called leaving messages and texted her through the VRBO app before we left, but never heard back from her till 7/30 via a text on VRBO offering a refund of two days. I texted back saying that was not sufficient but to this point have not received any further messages nor any refund. So, needless to say really, it was not a good experience and ended up costing more to get last minute accommodations.
