Sunny, bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation relaxing by
the saltwater pool while taking in beautiful water views. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3
baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms.
There is a small step from Kitche/Dining room to livingroom and in Master bedroom to sitting area.
The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together.

The spacious screened pool area includes a solar and electrically heated saltwater pool,
a covered patio with TV, ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs, a comfortable sectional and a
dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. There is a gas grill for outdoor
cooking.

This home is a boaters dream and outdoor lovers paradise! Located in SE Cape Coral, this home has
direct Gulf access and is 5 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. No bridges,
means quick access to the Gulf, Sanibel and Fort Myers!


Walk down to the private dock to fish or sunbathe or take your boat on a Gulf adventure.
By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great
restaurants, SunSplash Waterpark, Cape Coral Marina, Caloosahatchee Amphitheater
and easy access to Southwest Florida airport.


The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens,
towels, beach towels, laundry & bath soap, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, cooler, beach
chairs, weber gas grill, etc.

Here are the pros and cons:Pros - the house is as shown in the pictures - updated, well decorated, beautiful backyard setting on the canal, nice neighborhood - one of the bedrooms shown in the pictures with 2 twin beds now has them pushed together with bedding on them to make one big bed, which we were happy to see - Jim is the local contact and is quick to respond so for the issues we had like the heater in the home stopped working - he was on it and a repair man was here within a few hours Cons - there is a small step from the living room to the dining room and living room to kitchen. There is also a small step from the sitting area in the primary bedroom to the sleeping area. For most people this wouldn’t be a big deal but I was traveling with my elderly parents so we were constantly reminding them about the steps so no one would fall on the hard tile…sharing in case others are themselves or are traveling with an older crowd - miscommunications: there is a welcome binder for the home with info, rules, tips, etc. The binder lists a couple of streaming options included. I spent time researching movies we would enjoy watching on those platforms and after being able to log in the first night, the owner removed the TV from the subscription and we were just told, sorry that wasn’t supposed to be included. I also reached out in advance to ask about a wagon or any way to transport beach supplies and was told there wasn’t any so I bought a fold-up wagon and brought it with

Great location and layout. Easy check in and walkable neighborhood. Can’t give a 5 star bc the floors were so dirty we couldn’t go barefoot or in socks without them being black in 5 minutes. We were also disappointed at no shampoo and only 3 rolls of TP when paying for a one month stay.

The house was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Would be perfect for a family in the regard of having multiple seating and eating areas. Only drawback is the bedrooms other than Master have twin beds only. Would prefer queen in at least one room, if another couple comes. They do have sofa sleepers. Loved the open concept of the house. There are board games and books in case of rain. Kayaks and bikes for outside as well as beach chairs. We weren't in need of anything while we stayed. Nice quiet neighborhood also.

We had a relaxing stay. Plenty of warm pool time. Great view down the canal and close to restaurants. This house is close to the bridge to Fort Myers and plenty of beach options. This house is wonderful and the hosts have thought of all the extras.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the vacation villa in Cape Coral (Villa 7 Manatees at the Dock), and it exceeded every expectation! The property has been newly remodeled after Hurricane Ian and is simply stunning — beautifully decorated, modern, and spotless.Everything you could possibly think of for a perfect stay was included: plenty of towels and linens (including beach towels), coolers, beach chairs, fishing poles, kayaks… even the kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough cookware, utensils, glasses, and everything needed for cooking and dining. The quiet neighborhood made it incredibly relaxing, and the pool was in perfect condition — a dream for both adults and our 6-year-old.Communication was top-notch. Every question was answered promptly, payment and administration were smooth, and our security deposit was returned quickly after departure. Chek-In was smooth and without any problems at all. The detailed house folder with instructions and local information went far beyond what we expected, making our stay even easier and more enjoyable.We were a family of two adults and one child, and we truly could not have dreamed of a better vacation home. Five stars all the way — we would return in a heartbeat!

Great getaway!

This was a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a group of our size (7 adults) with plenty of space so we weren’t tripping over each other and several different sitting areas, which was great, but we could all still fit and the main sitting area to watch a movie together. Having a pool was a game changer for the days we didn’t go to the beach. The kitchen was great to still feel part of the group in the main sitting area and to see people out in the pool area. The location was perfect for the activities/locations we went to during our stay, either in Cape Coral or Fort Myers. The dock was nice to sit out on and watch the sunrises and to fish a bit. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Adorable place!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is perfect for a couple or a family. We did have to locate and put the solar cover back on the pool and we never could find a cover for the outside TV but other than that, everything was as described and great! We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful too.

Great Home for a pleasant stay in Florida

The house is very spacious and well maintained. We didn't missed anything. The house is a great starting point to explore Cape Coral and Fort Myers. We enjoyed every day and if we come back to Florida will this house be our first choice again.

1 Woche im August 2024

Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Positiv: - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich, alle Infos waren verständlich und ausführlich - der Check-In ging schnell - das Haus war innen sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet - es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Dinge, die sonst gekauft werden müssen, waren reichlich da - der Ausblick auf den Kanal ist wunderschön - die Lage war für uns perfekt Negativ: - manches braucht ein Update, zB die Vordertür. Diese war so verzogen, dass wir beim Check-In fast nicht reingekommen wären, man musste sie schon mit Gewalt aufziehen - das Garagentor ist mittig gebrochen, war immer spannend zu sehen, ob es beim Hochfahren hält - die Toilettenspülungen beider WCs funktionierten nur, wenn man den Hebel wieder zurückdrückt, sonst läuft kein Wasser mehr nach. Hat ein paar Tage gedauert, bis wir das rausgefunden haben und mussten den Spülkasten mehrmals auseinandernehmen - das Bett im Masterbedroom ist so weich, dass es einen umarmt, wenn man sich reinlegt. Muss man mögen - den Außenbereich fanden wir nicht sehr einladend: Der eiserne Sitzbereich war etwas unbequem, die Auflagen könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Um den Tisch waren ein Mülleimer und ein kleiner Kühlschrank aufgestellt, die schon bessere Zeiten gesehen haben. Überhaupt war der Außenbereich nicht so sauber und der Poolkäfig hat viele Löcher, sodass die Mücken reinkommen Dennoch wir hatten eine schöne Woche!
