Pack up the family and get ready to enjoy this spacious canal front duplex, located just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and 1 mile from Times Square. Each side offers a King master BR with bath and a second King BR, guest bath, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and sofa sleeper in the living room . Pricing is listed for one unit or you may rent both sides for larger parties. Each side sleeps 6 or you can rent both sides to accommodate 12
Unit 126 (1804964) is a 2 bedroom 2 full baths with sleeper sofa.
Unit 128 (1713243) is a 2 bedroom 2 full baths with sleeper sofa and this unit also has a deck off the back.
The large private heated pool is completely fenced off for safety and provides lots of space to lounge in the sun, grill food and enjoy our lovely Florida weather. Each side also has bonus screened living areas on the ground level with additional space to lounge and watch TV.

Home is located on a canal so you may fish off the dock or try a new water sport with many rental places around the area. The beach is a 5 minute walk to the end of the street.

Pricing is for one unit, please inquire if wanting to rent both units (entire house) there is a locked door inside the house that can be used to access both sides when renting the entire house.

As many of you know, our island took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian on Sept 28,2022 but has quickly recovered. All repairs have been done to our home. The island is still recovering but many restaurants have re-opened and are ready to welcome visitors. The beach is beautiful.

Most awesome stay!

So glad to stay at your place. Though it was close with no electric and such prior to us coming. You managed to get it all going prior to us arriving. Pool wasn't up and running but we didn't care. After the devastation you all had, we totally understand. We had a great time there and hope to use your place in the future with the pool going. Thank you so very much. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very very clean and relaxing.

loved everything!

great location, short walk to beach. Great and very well kept duplex. Very clean and lots of new! Loved the deck and pool. We were blessed to have the weekend all to ourselves so that was a bonus. My husband and son loved fishing off the dock.

This was perfectly appointed for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores & Times Square. We would definitely stay here again! Also, Nancy & Kevin were very responsive to questions.

Nice little spot! It s a shared pool with a duplex but there is plenty of room on the pool deck! Nice private back yard area. Super clean. I would defiantly stay there again! Our group really enjoyed it! Good location too!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location just a block to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was not at 86 as was supposed to be. It would have been a different experience if the other side of house was rented and sharing the backyard/ pool but it was vacant while we were there, which was nice! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect for families

Everything you need, great location and very clean. We walked to the beach and the ft. Meyers pool fir the kids. At night we could walk for ice cream. The pool at the house was amazing! Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We hope to come back soon.

Perfect spot for our family getaway!!!

So impressed with this property. Everything matched the photos in the listing and it worked out great for us. Walking distance to the beach, close enough that even our kids didn't complain about the distance. Pool in the back yard was perfect to cool off right on the spot. Plenty of seating and umbrellas to create the share you'll need. Grill back there worked great, cooked a few dinners when we were there. Iguanas stopping in every now and then to visit were fun. House was so clean and well set up. There wasn't anything i needed in the kitchen that i couldn't find. Beds are super comfy and TV's in each room. Shower in each bathroom made it easy when rinsing the salt off everything at the end of the day. Easy driving distance to Sanibel Island and all kinds of other fun activities. I would have no problem booking this spot again for another vaca. Thanks for the amazing setup!

The property is very well maintained and clean. Pool is fantastic. Home is well equipped with kitchenware, towels and beachware. Close 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay and it was just as advertised! The unit was very clean. The beach is just a short walk away and close to the downtown area. The pool was clean and refreshing. We hope to be back!

This house had everything we needed. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect for 4 people, gets a little crowded with 6, but you can make it work. A few minor repairs are needed but would definitely rent this place again. Owners are great to work with.
