Welcome to Beach and Bay! Located on the South end of Fort Myers Beach, this beautiful canal-front home features three bedrooms and a private pool. Ideally situated just moments from the sun-kissed, sandy beach, this home promises the exceptional coastal vacation you've been waiting for. This property boasts a sophisticated design with an open-concept layout seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces. The contemporary architecture is complemented by high ceilings, large windows, and stylish finishes. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a large island. Unwind in the primary suite with a king bed and attached bathroom. The first guest bedroom includes a king bed while the other guest bedroom offers two twin beds. Come make lasting memories at Beach and Bay!

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.

You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party

Pros: newly remodeled, access to beach and intercostal. Cookware and kitchen accessories were adequate.Cons: house not completely ready for guests. Pool heater was not working, patio and pool furniture very uncomfortable.several household repairs needing done. Major construction in the area.

This house is located in a wonderful area. South on the island, just a short walk from the beach. North on the island was very packed and hard to find parking. -The house itself was large enough for our family of 6. Main bedroom mattress was rather firm, guest bed was medium firm. The house seemed as if we were the first to stay after the renovations. There was still tape on the walls where there were imperfections, grout & paint on the floor that could’ve easily been cleaned. Dirt and dust fuzzy particles in the corners & under the beds. A large purple stain on the pillow case in the guest bed. The sheets weren’t the cleanest. The shelf in the laundry room was covered in dust and dirt. Just seemed as if the property wasn’t quite ready for people to stay. Some cabinets weren’t set properly and would rub into the surrounding cabinets, same with swinging doors open. We were unaware we had to turn the water heater breaker on and realized it a day into the trip. I think there was still sand in the water lines bc we had sand in our ice & in our shower water at the beginning of the trip, got better as the week went on. The waterlines on the washer and dryer were attached wrong & so the hot & cold were flipped, so we had to fix that. The washer still had blue plastic wrapping on the knobs? -4 small beach chairs & 4 beach towels. I think if they allow 6 people they should have enough chairs & beach towels for that many guests. -Just needs more attention, location was great!
