Casa del Sol Breeze is a stunning mediterranean style home located on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. This is a custom-built home with a heated swimming pool and large private patio surrounded by native, lush Florida landscaping. Start your day with coffee on the balcony and end it with sipping beverages poolside in the afternoon. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan on the main level and a game room on the first floor. Everyone has plenty of space to chill, read or just hang out! Inside you will find such special details as gorgeous granite counter tops, flat screen TV's, Comfy sofas with built in recliners, wireless internet, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous kitchen for preparing scrumptious meals. For some friendly family competition there is a game room with pool table, foosball table, TV and comfy seating on the first floor. Unwind in the primary bedroom with a king bed and a large en suite with walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and the second offers two twin beds, both bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. Outside is a sparkling pool with plenty of lounge seating to have your pick if you want sun or shade. Finishing up this amazing home is a gas grill, washer and dryer, and an outdoor TV. Come make lasting memories at Casa del Sol Breeze.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Property and pool were perfect for our large family. House was beautiful. Plenty of room and accommodations. Just a short walk to the beach and Fort Myers Beach square.Highly recommend.

Upon check in we noticed a few issues right away such as missing remotes to tv’s, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the pool was dirty with rocks and sand in it, bugs, and trash. We couldn’t contact the host until the next day as it was “after hours” and not considered an emergency. Unfortunately the more we looked around, the more problems we noticed such as mold on the kitchen chairs and dirty linens on the pillows and beds. The last straw was having a roach drop on my hair from the ceiling. Tried calling management company numerous times. Very difficult to get a call back. Was promised someone would be out to fix the pool. No one ever came. So pool was unusable for the entire time. Cleaners were sent while we were out but nothing was cleaned but the floor. Management offered to refund our cleaning fee only. Absolutely horrible experience! We left early. Would not recommend.

This home was stunning from the time you pull up to the time you leave. Working with Kathy at Sun Vacation was a pleasure. She was so helpful. You won’t regret staying here. It’s been the nicest house we’ve stayed in down here. So sad to leave

Had a great week visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel areas. The house was very nice—great area, clean and company easy to work with. Still sad to see the devastation from Ian; looks like a lot of places are being rebuilt but feel very sorry for the small business owners and the people that don’t have cash flow to rebuild, due to insurance claims that are being denied. Prayers to all that things will work out positively and that storm season will be mild

Casa Del Sol Breeze was the perfect place to stay in Ft Myers. Beach was a short walk, and having the beach wagon with a few chairs to take worked out perfectly. We were also pleased how close it was to Tmes Square and many places to have food, drinks, and live music. Ft Myers is doing a great job rebuilding and I can't wait to watch it continue.

Wonderful property and does not look like it was affected by the hurricane. We had a great stay for our family. Some more towels would have been nice due to the amount of people that can stay at the residence, and also there weren’t any garbage bags at the property. Overall, everything was clean and organized.

Very well designed and had everything we could think of for entertainment! My boys had the best time and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the pool! One minor maintenance item that was handled immediately without any hesitation. Beautiful home feeling while on vacation! We loved it and will definitely be back here.

Beautiful home and very clean. Wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas were much appreciated. The ice maker was broken during our entire stay, but they did bring us some ice.
