This spacious unit offers a comfortable and stylish retreat with a thoughtfully renovated kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and ample natural light throughout.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV, with a nearby bathroom offering a tub-shower combination. Both bedrooms are designed to provide a relaxing and restful environment for guests.

Enjoy outdoor living with two private balconies. The main balcony is screened-in and enclosed with sliding glass doors, creating a versatile space for dining or lounging. The second, smaller side balcony offers additional fresh air and views, perfect for a quiet moment with a book or morning coffee.

Fairview Isles is a well-maintained community that offers a heated pool, BBQ grill, and a screened-in picnic area with tables and chairs. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or a beachside adventure, Fairview Isles 121 delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.

We provide essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This includes all linens and pillows, one roll of toilet paper, trial-size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
