A brand-new Swim Spa is arriving in January, offering hydrotherapy jets, space for resistance swimming, seating for up to eight guests, and a built-in four-seat bar with high stools—perfect for relaxing, eating, or supervising kids while they swim.
For larger groups, you can reserve both units (3052 + 3054) for a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private outdoor showers, giving families and friends space to stay together while keeping privacy.
Each unit features its own private back patio with a personal BBQ grill, dining table, and seating. Beyond the patio is a resort-style backyard with a putting green and illuminated night-golf lights, outdoor gym equipment, spin bike, shaded sitting areas, and a large gazebo equipped with a TV, electric, Wi-Fi, privacy curtains, and comfortable seating.
These backyard amenities are always available to guests of 3052. They become shared only if the second unit is occupied; if 3054 is vacant, the entire outdoor space is yours alone.
