  • Increíble ubicación! No encontrará una casa que esté más actualizada en la isla. Con nuestro alquiler podrá relajarse en el paraíso y tener las vacaciones que se merece. Esta es una casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños de nivel superior con piscina climatizada y muelle en un canal intercostero. Opcional 3er dormitorio y baño completo en el nivel inferior si es necesario. Si quieres lo mejor de todos los mundos, esta casa lo tiene. Está ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes, el popular Times Square Plaza y Ft. Myers Pier, pero no sacrifica la tranquilidad y el vecindario amigable de esta comunidad de playa. Se encuentra a cinco lotes del restaurante Beached Whale y a pasos de las playas del Golfo. Convenientemente, tiene fácil acceso para entrar y salir de la isla y mucho espacio para estacionar.

Loved everything about our stay here and will definitely stay again if back in the area. The little kids were able to walk everywhere without issue. The pool was warm and perfect size for a swim in the evenings.

Lovely, clean home in a perfect location. Easy walking to the beach and restaurants without worrying about traffic. And the owner was very responsive and helpful! Sitting by the pool or by the canal couldn’t be more relaxing. We had a great time.

Great Getaway

The house is so cute, very clean and well maintained. The pool was very well maintained as well and warm. We loved having the pool and the little dock on the canal. The owner was so nice and very helpful for things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this house and will use again when we go back to Fort Myers!

AMAZING!

Wow what a gem of a house! Everything is there that you need. And the location... can't say enough about that! Walking distance to everything and the beach is across the street. We had such a nice little getaway. And for the record, this house was the cleanest rental we've ever been in! Thank you for a great experience.

Perfect house for small family

This house was spotless and updated! Has everything you need for a vacation with your family. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfy! 2 full brand new bathrooms. Location, location, location…..a block away from downtown. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! Thank you! It was perfect!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family!

We had the most amazing stay at this home — it was absolutely perfect for our family of five! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The space was just the right size, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.My boys lived in the pool — they couldn't get enough of it! The backyard was like our own little private paradise, and the dock was a great bonus for fishing in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings.One of our favorite things about this property was the location. We could walk to great restaurants, cute little shops, and best of all, the beach was just a short stroll away. No need to worry about parking or long hauls with beach gear — the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the sand.You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable, well-equipped retreat. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to any family looking for a beach vacation that truly has it all.

Great spot close to everything

Enjoyed the house and relaxing in the pool to start/end the day. Very close to the beach and the chairs/cooler/wagon made going back and forth smooth. The girls loved the canal in the back and even saw a manatee swim by the dock. House is close to lots of shops and restaurants which allowed us walk to dinner each night. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.
