11th Floor Gulf front corner unit with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico towards Sanibel Island and Back Bay towards Bonita Beach, Lover's Key and Naples. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club has re-opened and we’re ready to share our condo again. As you well know, Category 4 Hurricane Ian caused widespread destruction to Ft. Myers Beach on September 28, 2022. Unfortunately, Estero Beach and Tennis Club was in the path of the hurricane, and we sustained extensive damage to our property and buildings.

Over the past year, our condo association has been working 24/7 on repairing the office, elevators, roofs, pool, grounds, and laundry rooms. Electric power and water have been restored; elevators are functioning and have passed inspection.

Some areas are still under construction but mainly limited to the landscaping, painting and lobbies. New sod has been installed between B & C buildings, and 78 new palm trees have already been planted. All of our buildings and lanais will be repainted in the next few months. Washers and dryers are currently available in all three buildings. AND, WE HAVE BREAKING AND EXCITING NEWS - THE POOL IS OPEN WITH NEW POOL FURNITURE!!! You can also enjoy the beach for sunbathing and shelling. We have new pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and corn hole. Pickleball rackets are available in the office.

Thanks to sturdy hurricane windows and being on the 11th floor, we had only minimal water damage to our unit. We took advantage of the downtime and made several upgrades to 1103-C. Our island getaway comes with a custom-designed kitchen and bath, black granite counter tops, a stand-up shower with sliding glass doors and tropical decor. Our hurricane-proof tinted windows with a sliding screen door open onto the lanai. This is a one bedroom-studio condo with a king-size bed. A room divider is available to separate the bedroom from the living room for privacy. Although our comfortable couch is not a sleeper, it may be used for a 3rd person. Xfinity Wi-Fi service is available in our unit. Enjoy our 43” 4K UHD Smart LED TV for cable TV and Netflix. Feel free to use our beach cart, beach umbrellas and chairs. We offer a keyless entry and our exit-cleaning team provides an excellent cleaning of the unit.

We invite you to come and enjoy the action on Ft. Myers Beach. Thanks to the “Ft. Myers Beach Strong” attitude, there has been much progress in “Rebuilding Paradise.” On the positive side, 26 restaurants are now open on the island and these include many of the most popular restaurants – Doc Ford’s, Fresh Catch Bistro, Junkanoo Below Deck, Petey’s Upper Deck, Dixie Fish Company, Yucatan, Parrot Key, Wahoo Willies (new), Snug Harbor, Coconut Jack’s, Flipper’s, Fish House, restaurants at Diamondhead, and many more restaurants on Sanibel and Captiva. Most importantly, Publix and CVS have re-opened. And the greatest news on the island is the opening of Margaritaville near Times Square. You can enjoy their new restaurants, entertainment and beachfront amenities that are open to everyone. This is truly a beautiful upgrade to the island during this rebuilding phase. Nearby Lover’s Key State Park (limited day-use activities) and Doc’s restaurant in Bonita Beach have re-opened.

On the other hand, we want you to be aware that Santini Plaza has not yet re-opened. Their buildings are currently under construction. We will keep you informed. Many condo buildings and homes on the island are still under construction. Renourishment of the beach is underway with 110 tons of sand in the process of being placed. We're going to have an even more beautiful beach. We are very fortunate to be one of the first major condo buildings to have re-opened on the island. A local trolley and tram service provide transportation to nearby Lover's Key State Park and throughout the island of Fort Myers Beach.

Please consider spending a week or two (or more!!) in our condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club, Ft. Myers Beach. We’d love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there is construction going on so the beach right outside the building is blocked off but it was easy to walk a little over and get beach access. Such a beautiful view enjoyed watching the sunset each evening and had so much fun shelling found so many beautiful shells! The condo itself is very homey and nice. It was perfect for just 2 people for sure! The people were very friendly as well. 5 stars for sure!

Nice condo

The condo is very nice. Area is still suffering from after effects of hurricane 2 years ago. Restaurants are only 5ish miles away but traffic on main blvd is terrible. Waited 1-1/2 hours in crawling traffic every day from 4 pm on.

Views breathtaking as promised

Views from the porch were breathtaking. We’ve been coming to the area for 13 years and this year was no different. We enjoy the outdoors so the beach never disappoints. Plenty of work going on at the building which is understandable given the hurricane. Workers were respectful and we were notified that it’d be happening so was not a distraction. The room was clean and kinda cool. The owners were fantastic keeping in constant contact and super qwik to respond to any small questions. No problem w the room or the stay. We appreciate the opportunity and the time away.

Amazing view from the 11th Floor

Peggy was super sweet, and she reached out to us about a housekeeping mix up prior to our arrival. We appreciate her great communication and making the situation right. We were a little unprepared for all of the construction on the property and the surrounding area but the beautiful sunsets were amazing.

Wonderful ocean geataway

Great views, right on the beach, and in a great area. The locals were nice. Perfect place for a getaway. The owner was great and responded in a timely manner in needed. Would love to visit this area again!

Nice place to stay.

Nice clean updated studio condo. Nice view from 11th floor balcony. Beach is small in front of condo, but opens up to the north and south. Har-tru tennis courts need to be rolled. Friendly people and great value

Great place

AMAZING!

Amazing beachfront condo with everything you could possibly need. 11th floor corner unit had a great view of the gulf and surrounding area. Great shops and restaurants right across the street. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. We hope you be back.

Beautiful view!!

Loved this place! You can see the sun rise AND set from the balcony! The place is so accommodating and had everything we needed. The grounds of ETBC is also very nice and well-kept! We’re hoping we can return for another visit. Owner is great!!

Perfect Location

Perfect location , close to everything and condo completely furnished with everything you might need for a great stay. You can tell the owners take great pride in their place and I'm thankful for them allowing me to stay there. Couldn't have been a better choice for me and my needs. 10 out of 10 for sure.
