    Kanda Zen es un condominio boutique de 5 unidades en la vía fluvial intracostera en Pompano Beach, dedicado exclusivamente a alquileres de vacaciones a corto plazo y administrado profesionalmente por mí bajo el nombre comercial de Kanda Sun Properties.

    Está a 6 minutos a pie de la mundialmente famosa Pompano Beach, y puedes caminar a tiendas, restaurantes y más.

    Ofrecemos sillas de playa, sombrillas, toallas de playa y refrigeradores de playa para que pueda llevar a la playa.

    Pompano Beach es uno de los mejores destinos en el sur de Florida y aquí obtienes todos los beneficios de estar tan cerca de la playa pero también en la vía fluvial intracostera para que obtengas lo mejor de ambos.

    Sobre este apartamento:
      
    Este es el apartamento en planta baja de 1 habitación y 1 baño ubicado en el patio delantero. Tiene acceso a la vía fluvial intracostera y a la piscina en el patio trasero, a 100 pies de distancia, pero este apartamento no tiene vista al agua.

    Completamente renovado en 2017 con pisos, cocinas y baños completamente nuevos.

    Todos los muebles nuevos. Camas King en todas las habitaciones.

    Cada ventana tiene filtros de luz y persianas opacas.

    Grandes televisores inteligentes con cable, DVR, aplicaciones de transmisión y Wifi rápido en todas partes.

    Un lugar maravillosamente relajante, hemos suministrado todo para su estadía.

    Sala de estar de planta abierta con cómodos asientos para mirar televisión o leer un libro, un bar en la cocina con capacidad para cuatro y una mesa de comedor para ocho.

    La cocina es moderna con electrodomésticos nuevos de alta gama.

    Para cocinar tiene sartenes, vasos, platos, cuchillos y tablas de cortar de acero inoxidable Tri-Ply.

    Ofrecemos 2 juegos de toallas y 2 juegos de sábanas de algodón de alto hilo para cada habitación, así como toallas de playa.

    Cada baño tiene un secador de pelo.

    Hay una plancha y tabla de planchar, así como una aspiradora, recogedor y cepillo.

    Hay una sala de lavandería con aire acondicionado en el lugar para todo el condominio con 2 lavadoras y dos secadoras, con jabón para la ropa.

    No hay servicio de habitaciones ni limpieza diaria, pero ofrecemos un servicio de limpieza a pedido por un cargo adicional.

    Tenemos una cuna disponible bajo petición y una caja fuerte para que guarde su pasaporte u objetos de valor.

    La cubierta posterior tiene un muelle de 60 pies y un patio pavimentado con piscina y jacuzzi (ambos climatizados).

    Se proporcionan cómodas mesas y sillas al aire libre, así como tumbonas.

    Hay dos barbacoas de gas para asar al aire libre en la parte trasera y una en el patio delantero.

    Este apartamento cuenta con un gran porche cubierto con vistas a la cubierta posterior, la piscina y el canal al que se puede acceder desde los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar. El porche tiene dos juegos de mesas y sillas de altura de barra para que pueda disfrutar de su café de la mañana o una copa por la noche.

    Permitimos niños, pero tenga en cuenta que el condominio no es a prueba de bebés o niños, no hay cerraduras para niños, la piscina no está cercada y el muelle tiene acceso abierto a la vía fluvial.

    La propiedad está en una excelente ubicación cerca de todo, desde tiendas de alimentos, farmacia, bares, restaurantes, puerto deportivo, la playa, golf, gimnasio, etc.

Amazing location for a great visit to Pompano Beach

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day and really felt that we had a home away from home. We highly recommend!

This VRBO property was by far our most positive experience. The host thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is an immaculate property and every detail was addressed. We asked for extra towels-DONE! It is quiet and the intra-coastal location is fabulous. Tasteful decor and a serious welcome goodie basket was provided. We LOVED it and are already planning airline flights to come back. Host goes above and beyond and deserves an A. Bravo!

Wonderful, Peaceful Stay

I stayed here while working remotely and checking on my boat. The owner was always available should you need anything and very nice. The location is great. On the water and close to everything while still being peaceful, very clean, and had everything needed. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Fun In The Sun!

Wonderful property, a hidden gem! Very well maintained and clean. Appreciated the owner's availability. Walkable location to beach, shopping and restaurants. Our welcome basket was an added bonus. Already looking forward to our next visit to this property.

You can’t go wrong with this place.

this place is absolutely beautiful, you are right on the water watching boats go by a couple feet from the built-in pool. K the property manager always at your needs. Whatever you need well equipped with everything and one of the most cleanest places I’ve been to. Great beds, great walking distance to all your needs.⛱️🏝️👍😊

Wonderful Vacation

We had an awesome week long vacation in Apartment number 1. The property is very comfortable and clean, and it is evident that the management team works hard to keep things in great shape! We used the pool and hot tub daily, and enjoyed just watching the boats go by. The location is great, and very walkable. We walked to the beach and several local cafes. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanda Zen. The listing photos accurately capture the property both inside and out. Our interactions with the Host were pleasant and professional. He has thought of every detail to accommdate most everyone's needs. The Intracoastal location was perfect, so relaxing sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by. The access to everything Pompano Beach has to offer including the pier, restaurants and shops couldn't be better. It was close yet it was several streets over from A1A, isolated from any traffic noise. "The Square" in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is only two miles down A1A and has many good restaurants and a great atmosphere with al fresco dining. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

This was an annually thanksgiving visit to Pompano, but our first stay at Kanda Zen, and it was wonderful! The host, Mr. Saint was a joy to talk and work with, he responded instantly when I texted him, which was a surprise, most places we have stayed, it be an hour before a reply. The apartment that we stayed in (1) was recently renovated and was in great shape and very clean! It was well stocked in the kitchen, which made our thanksgiving dinner go smoothly. The welcome basket was big surprise, from all the the VBRO’s that we have stayed, this was a first, but the service was over the top! The pool and hot tub added to the view on the intercostal, where we try to stay every time we visit!We look forward to booking another vacation with Kanda Zen again!

Great stay at Kanda-Zen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Upon arrival, K gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and grounds, and presented a very generous welcome basket. We really liked having our morning coffee on the pool deck, while watching the boats go by. We even had a visit from a couple of iguanas in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet, and we had no noise issues, despite being in the unit (#1) closest to the street. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds and towels comfortable. WiFi and TV worked great. The location was very convenient for our activities, and it is a quick walk to a wide, clean beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was very clean, we were allowed to check in a little early, which we greatly appreciated. There was a really nice basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The property was beautiful, right on the water, we had fun watching the boats. Very short walk to a fabulous beach and easy walking to many restaurant options. Great vacation!

Just Perfect

Great location, apartment was clean,everything you would need .Welcome basket waiting for you. K the property manager always on top of things anything you need he’s right there to make your stay even more enjoyable. The view is so beautiful whether you’re relaxing in the lounge chair or in the pool boats going by absolutely beautiful place cannot wait to go back.. Thanks again for a wonderful relaxing place. Everything Zen

Cute 1 bedroom apartment. Everything needed was available, laundry, hot tub/pool etc. Close proximity to beach and restaurants - you can walk. Management attentive to any issues that may occur. Will stay in 2 bedroom overlooking canal and pool next time.

Loved our time at Kanada Zen!

We really enjoyed the entire stay, long term renters here. The whole apartment was completely renovated and everything was practically new, the pool and hot tub with views of the Inter-coastal were my favorite.

Excellent small property

This place is spotless and updated. Good bed. Excellent TV's. The kitchen is very well equipped including very good appliances and pots, pans, the cooking equipment. Secure in a quite neighborhood close to anything you need. The pool and hot tub were great and being located on the intercoastal waterway was really nice. Lots of relaxing boat action to watch. We highly recommend this place.

Great location

The unit was very spacious and well stocked with nice kitchen cutlery and dishes. I am a VRBO owner also and know the difficulty in keeping and maintaining a property and can assure the traveler that you won’t be disappointed.

Exactly what we expected

Property was exactly what we expected. Very clean, modern, great location on the Intercoastal waterway. K couldn’t have been more helpful. Very nice person. Met us at checkin and checked with us during our stay. Location was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the parade of boats that go up and down the waterway. Would highly recommend place.

Love the Boutique Hotel Vibe! 5 Star!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient! Views and activity from poolside of the Intracoastal Waterway makes this place one of my favorites! K is knowledgeable and very friendly! Easy walking distance to everything in Pampano. Good vibes!

Perfect Spring Break

My daughter and I just got home after spending a wonderful week at Kanda Zen, Pompano Beach. It was a perfect stay. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and very well equipped. The location is fantastic, you can swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub and watch the boats go by on the intercostal. It is a short walk to the beach, and the high quality beach chairs and umbrellas make time on the beach that much better. We also walked for ice cream and to go out to diner. The reservation, check in and check out process was simple with great communication. In short, it was a perfect stay and we will defiantly stay here again next time we are in the area. A wonderful find in Pompano Beach, Florida

This was a last minute booking and my husband and I were so fortunate to find this wonderful condo - Kanda Zen - on such short notice. The unit was very comfortable, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture throughout and a very comfortable king size bed. The unit has a safe - always welcome when travelling, onsite laundry at no charge, free WiFi, and beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and coolers readily available for the beach. There is a swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor seating and several BBQ's for use. Parking was free. The location was perfect - the Intercostal Waterway in the back yard and a fairly short walk to the beach - so plenty of choice. There are lots of restaurants nearby and several grocery stores. The owner is readily available should you need to contact him with questions. We are planning to book the condo for next year as it was so perfect for us.
