The Beach Bunny | Coastal Retreat w/ Pool, Spa & Dock – Walk to Beach

Welcome to The Beach Bunny, a beautifully furnished 3BR/2BA home located just off the Intracoastal in the desirable Bermuda Riviera neighborhood. This inviting coastal escape offers multiple living spaces for relaxation and entertainment, including an elegant formal living room, a cozy family room, and a bright dining area adjoining a fully equipped cook's kitchen with breakfast bar.

The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and private bath. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom—each with TVs—share a full bath. Two convenient outdoor showers make rinsing off after beach or boating days a breeze.

Outdoors, enjoy true Florida living. Lounge beside the heated pool, unwind in the oversized spa, or admire lush landscaping and waterway views. The private dock offers 50-amp service, a finger pier with floating dock, and a kayak for exploring the canals. You're minutes by boat to the ocean and only a five-minute walk to the beach with public access.

What a wonderful house. We had six, family and friends and the place was beautiful. Great location, easy access to Lauderdale by the Sea and other commercial areas with tons of great restaurants and coffee shops and such. The house was great. Clean, beautiful and a great layout for us. The hosts were great and we didn’t have any problems with anything. Can’t say enough how great a stay it was.

The property was great. Very dog friendly. The neighbothood is very nice and the neighbors wrre so friendly. The area is fantastic, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. David was a fantastic host. Great communication and timely responses. Also very accommodating. Will definitely book again. One of our favorites so far and we've stayed in plenty in yhe area.

Great Home away from Home

Very pleased with this property and the management company. They run it like they truly care about your stay there. It was clean and well kept. The access and use of the garage was great as we are scuba divers, and the daily cleaning of our equipment was made easy with the outdoor faucets and showers. The garage made for an easy way to come and go. We will stay again soon.

Better than advertised

Spent 7 amazing nights in the Beach Bunny home with my kids and their teenaged friends and we had an absolute blast.We arrived to the home immaculately presented with lights and fans on, music playing and clean everything. Beds were unbelievably comfortable and plenty of room in the home to spread out.Pool and Hot Tub were clean and well maintained as well as the outside eating area. Beautiful view of the canal from the pool, and just past that the beach skyline.Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach and our walk was under 5 minutes from the front door until our toes were in the sand.Location was great as well, with only a few other families on the beach with beautiful weather during Spring Break!Very safe secure gated neighborhood with grocery and retail only a few miles in any direction.We would come back to this property again and again, and most likely will.

Wonderful Visit

This is a lovely property in a terrific location. A short, easy walk to the beach, also coffee shops and a grocery. We found it easier to uber when needed rather than rent a car. The home is very clean, well-maintained and as nice as the photos. The heated pool & spa were popular with my family. We would love to stay here again!

This property (inside and outside) was incredibly well-appointed! We prepared Christmas dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!! Expectations exceeded!

Our stay and overall experience exceeded expectations!! The house was just as pictured, if not even better in person!! The house was very clean, organized and spacious for our group of 6! The renters have really thought of everything from providing beach bags/towels to recommendations for places to eat and things to do! The location is great as sits in a nice neighborhood, is located on a dock and in walking distance to the beach! So many restaurants, bars and activities were just within a 15-20 minute drive. If you’re looking to relax in Ft. Lauderdale this is the place to do it!! The rental company was also so easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. Would give this place 100/10 if possible!! Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!!

Amazing getaway

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The place was even better than the pictures. The house was spacious and very well maintained. The backyard was like being in a resort. There was plenty of privacy in the pool but also had the dock with great views. The neighborhood was great, we went for a long walk one day just to look at all the houses nearby, and was just a short drive to multiple areas that had restaurants and bars or whatever you might need. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in the area!

The house is in an amazing location near to Fort Lauderdale by the sea and perfectly maintained. Wonderful pool, all the amenities necessary and great for families or couples. Very professionally managed and would 1000% stay again.

Amazing stay

From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how perfect the house was. The pictures are perfectly accurate online, everything felt clean and new. The kitchen is well outfitted, two kinds of coffee makers, all things needed to make a meal, blender, plastic wear for poolside, etc. The location is very close to the beach, but most days we spent by the incredible pool or reading on the dock. Location wise it’s walkable to stores and all you could need. We fed the bunnies daily and loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Would 10/10 return!

The house was beautiful and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were so nice and there was a covered porch area which was perfect for when it rained. It was listed as a short walk to the beach, but it was more like a 20-30 minute walk. Thanks for the nice stay!

Great Getaway in Fort Lauderdale

My wife and two adult children stayed at the property for 5 days in August 2023. Flawless check in and communication process before and throughout our stay. We had a couple of questions regarding spa operation, and house manager answered and assited within 15 minutes of me sending text. Vey happy with location and the property, would recommend without hesitation to family and friends.
