The condo was beautiful, well stocked and close to beach. Condo is also walking distance to the Pompano Pier. The swimming pool was disappointing because it is in the shade, no lounge chairs and not heated. (Stayed there in February)

Great property & location

A superb vacation rental only a few steps from a great beach. Strongly recommended for families with kids looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is impeccable and the property managers are very responsive.

Absolutely Wonderful

The property was in one of the greatest locations, France and Andre did a wonderful job making the check in and out process seamless. The townhouse has everything you need on a very quite street but right next to beach, restaurants and all items needed. Thanks again to France and Andre for the wonderful property!

Stay at ocean pearl

Wonderful location in pompano very close to the beach. Large bedrooms and 6 can stay very comfortably. Owners are easy to work with and very responsive if you need anything. Would stay again but already booked for next year !!

Nice property and good location

Overall a good stay. Only one parking spot problematic as the city consistently runs out of permits for overnight parking and there are very few places where overnight parking is allowed.

Family Vacation

We loved the property. Lot's of rooms. privacy, and a rooftop. The host were extremely responsive. The property is very close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants/ bars. Additionally, a short drive/ Uber to Lauderdale by the Sea.

Second time staying here. Great location, all amenities of home. You need absolutely nothing. Easy check in and communication with the owners are excellent. Will be back, again !!

We loved this house! Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, awesome rooftop view of the ocean and sunset. Great pool and just a few steps away from the ocean! It was perfect! Explicit check-in and check-out instructions. Owners were very helpful when I reached out! Highly recommend this house!

Winter 2024 - FEB-MAR

France was excellent in dealing with us during our stay at Ocean Pearl as we had a few property issues that were dealt with and resolved quickly. The unit was spacious and worked great for our adult children and grandkids and we are already booked for 2025 !! Great location being on Briny Blvd and so close to the beach.

After Christmas Vacation

Location is everything and this place did not disappoint. Being steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores made this vacation perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. We had a few sunny mornings on the rooftop and enjoyed a firework show from a nearby neighbor on New Year’s Eve! Thanks for a great week.

Friends vacation

We had a wonderful week. The townhome was beautiful and wonderful location. Extremely pleased with the communication with the owners. They were very responsive with every question or concern we had. The only issue we had was the instructions from vrbo did not come through. But the owner took very good care of that issue also. We enjoyed our vacation.

Great vacation home away from home

My husband and our 4 children stayed at this property and it was a dream. The home is beautifully kept creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen, seeing the sunrise from the roof-top balcony and the many places to visit within walking distance. Our favorite place to spend time was the beach that was just a short walk away. We had a lovely time at this property and would love to visit again someday. The hosts were especially helpful and accomdating for us and our children. Thank you France and Andre for a great, welcoming place to stay.

Very nice stay

We stayed in the house from 10th to 21st of April 2025. The house is very comfortable, is situated perfectly and has very nice owners, which help via WhatsApp whenever needed. There are some maintainance issues, which are not due to efforts of the owners and which seen to be solved soon.If we go once more to Pompano Beach, we will try to get this accomodation once more.Thank you a lot, France!

Amazing beach location and property

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed all this property had to offer. Its impossible to beat this Briny Avenue location for restaurants and vacation shopping. The beach is steps away and neighborhood is quiet. The rooftop was perfect a spot for dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and all bedrooms nicely appointed with plenty of linens. Multiple levels offered separation and plenty of space. The owners were very responsive to a minor issue which was resolved very quickly. Pictures and description of property were completely accurate. Having stayed at several Vrbo Pompano rentals this property is highly recommended.

Stay Away!

Stay away!!!!! I used Vrbo many years and have always been very pleased!They evicted me for unplugging the interior camera in our living space. It was pointed into the downstairs bedroom, a very uncomfortable feeling.Then France & Andre tried to keep my three out of the four weeks of rent. They even shut the Wi-Fi off! They are unbelievable, and very rude!

Great Two-Week Get Away

We had a wonderful two-week stay. The house is fully stocked with everything required to have a home away from home vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a fantastic 8-person table in the main living area, perfect for all meals. We spent much time on the rooftop reading, hanging out, and enjoying the weather. We used the supplied beach gear to hit the sand and waves 100 yards from the front door. We used the free local shuttle (download the Circuit app) to take us to the many local bars and restaurants. We loved The Beach House for its Sushi and the Briney Pub for the bar food and atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating for the times we needed to chat. The only thing I didn't like is I did have to work from there for a few days :) I highly recommend it.

Very well located townhouse by the great Pompano beach. Great hosts, wpuld definitely recommend for a group looking for privacy while living together. The three bedroom suites are very large and comfortable.

Nice pool, nice beach, odd house

Although the outline of check-in instructions say enter front door, it specifically says do not park on street area multiple times in multiple different areas. One would think you would pull into the gated area with your car and luggage then walk around to front. Unfortunately there is no way to get from garage area to the front door and then you are stuck between the gate of the community and the closed garage door. Secondly, when you finally get into the house it is 80 degrees. The last thing I wanted to do was bring all our luggage in from 100 degree weather to an 80 degree house. We ended up leaving while it cooled off. The listing is accurate but be aware that there is a lot of step. The layout is odd. There is one bedroom on the first floor and then two bedrooms on the third floor. I did not feel comfortable sleeping on separate floors of our children with a whole floor in between us so we shared rooms on the second floor. For this reason I would not recommend this place for people who have smaller children. Regarding the bedrooms the rooms have no black out shades and the shades are completely see thru. One can see straight into the first floor bedroom at night. We actually went to Walmart and bought black table cloths and duck taped them to the master bedroom window on the third floor so light would not wake us up at 6am. I can not remember the last time I stayed somewhere without blackout shades. First night fire battery went low and continued to beep. We then had to get the ladder out and disconnect it from the wall. Minor inconvenience. Third day oven didn’t work. Didn’t even bother with trying to get that addressed. Pool was nice and we basically had that to ourselves the entire time. However, pool is only cleaned once a week. I asked for it to be cleaned on Monday, was told cleaning day was Tuesday. It was cleaned Wednesday morning but by Thursday afternoon it is already filled with debris/leaves again with grime on the top. There is no skimmer available to clean it yourself. Lastly is the indoor security camera. Initially when I read the contract i assumed it was outdoor camera facing the front door. But it is infact an indoor camera and was listed as so on the contract. But why? It says security purposes but the community is gated. Is this a bad neighborhood or are they spying on you? Walk around like someone is always watching. 20 steps to beach but unfortunately we had lots of seaweed.

Clean condo at a geat location w/ beach right across a neighborhood street.

The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. Many restaurants close by within walking distance or a short drive. The place is clean and modern. Only “headache” was parking. Photos show a 2 car garage, but only 1 slot was available for use. Our two-vehicle group had to find a parking spot on the street and be sure to pay the meter. This was done though a convenient app and hopefully we avoided any fines. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great as it is just across from the entrance for the beach and it’s a short walk down to the Pompano Pier area.
