    The Space:

    If you are planning on experiencing Pompano Beach living at its finest, then look no further than this contemporary home sporting brand-new amenities and décor! You will be located two and a half miles from downtown Pompano Beach and only 1 mile from the soft sands of Pompano beach and the Pompano Beach Fisher Family pier featuring ample parking, restaurants, stores and is close to the marina for fishing expeditions. Enjoy the close proximity to the Force-e-Scuba center where you can go diving. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know the closest golf course is less than a mile away so you can hit the fairway whenever you choose. Additionally the Pompano Community park is only half a mile away. Get a good workout in a fitness center during the day then try one of the 3 casinos including the newly constructed Hard Rock (Guitar) casino a short drive away in the evening to unwind even further. There are many other great attractions nearby including the Pompano Beach Amphitheater, the Pompano Beach Baseball Complex, the newly opened Topgolf, Ft. Lauderdale, Lake Santa Barbara Park, and the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. For the shoppers in the family try Sawgrass Mill, an internationally renowned shopping destination, only a short drive away, featuring an unsurpassed collection of the most coveted designer luxury outlets at the Colonnade.





    This snowbird-friendly home is all about outdoor living with a beautifully landscaped enclosed backyard. This private oasis boasts an in-ground saltwater swimming pool, plenty of poolside loungers, a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues, and an outdoor dining area for alfresco dining. There are two cornhole sets as well! Inside, this darling home offers a sunny living room with a smart TV with streaming and cable services and a foosball table. The cook of the group will have a blast preparing delicious treats and homemade meals for the group in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi and an on-site washer/dryer.

A wonderful place to stay - gorgeous and clean, the pool was beautiful. Walking distance from the grocery store and coffee shops. Would definitely return!

This house is great!!! We absolutely loved the pool. The beds are comfy. The location was perfect for shopping, Dinners, Ice cream, absolutely gorgeous views and most importantly, the ocean!!!!!!! The host was available with quick responses to my questions prior to coming down to Florida. Wonderful customer service. This house is a must rent for a long weekend or and extended stay!!!

This place was awesome! Big pool in the backyard that was nice and cold which was a blessing on the 30 degree days. The house had a great kitchen and living space. It was also a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. We also made the 30 min walk to the beach everyday and it was awesome! Great place will definitely be coming back!

Everything was very clean and nice. Really enjoyed the house. The only thing was the Master bedroom is badly in need of a new mattress. Besides that the house was perfect.

Auntie trip.

I took 5 nieces and nephews for 4 days. Home was perfect to entertain 12 to 18 yo. Area was beyond convenient for ANYTHING!! The pool was my favorite park. Salt water. We are thinking to book again before the year is out.

Great home in a great location

Me, my wife, our 1 year old puppy, and our parents had such a great time at this home for our 3 week stay. It was very quiet other than the planes flying overhead (airbase for private planes nearby) and in a great location close to the beach (20-25 min walk or 5 min drive) where there are many new waterfront restaurants.The pompano beach community park is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk and there are 2 golf courses, a dog park, & tennis/pickleball/basketball courts. The house was comfortable for all of us with a pool, grill, and small fenced in backyard for our dog. Highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Perfect Summer Spot

This house was ideal for my family's summer vacation! The pool in the backyard with a privacy fence was so relaxing and we spent hours there every day. There is plenty of outdoor seating to lay out for a tan or sit at an umbrella table. There is a grill in the backyard that we used a few times. There is even a spare propane tank for the grill which we didn't need but would be super handy when needed. The location also made this place ideal. The beach is a short (not even 10 min) drive away, and grocery stores are very close. Aldi was 2 minutes and Publix 3 minutes away. The floorplan had a nice layout with the master bedroom on one side and the two guest rooms on the opposite side of the home. There is an open floorplan with plenty of space and a big sectional. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we certainly felt safe. Overall we had a great experience (we stayed a full week) and definitely hope to make it back. Of all the rentals we have used, this is by far our favorite!!
