The Oeste Inn, is a gated compound where you will experience a serene space to enjoy your time away from home. With expansive grounds and a significant amount of waterfront this is a boater’s dream to watch all of the mega yachts, sailboats, and power boats pass by. A brand new heated pool and outdoor space will give you time to hang out with friends and family while you unwind.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy all the beautiful outdoor spaces The Oeste Inn has to offer! The dark bottom pool includes a sun platform and bench so you can enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the boats go by. The pool, has a heater so should want it heated, please let us know in advance (24hrs prior) and we can set to a max of 82.

Our backyard is enormous, throw the football, bird and iguana watch, and lounge under our 100yr old banyan trees. There is plenty of space to soak in the views, from the couch or corner nook on the screened in porch, Adirondack chairs around the riverside fire pit, and even the possibility to catch large fish off the dock!

EVENTS:
- We allow events on property & have hosted weddings, showers, birthdays and more.
- Events MUST be communicated upon booking with the amount of people attending.
- There is a per person up-charge (above 10 people allowed in house)
- Adherence to event guidelines is required
- 9pm end time given FLL noise ordinance
- 3 night minimum reservation. No benders allowed :)

DOCKS:
- Boat docks are rented separately.
- If you want to bring your boat, please let us know and we can check availability and there is a per foot up charge.
- If there are yachts on the dock, you may see them being maintained, cleaned, or staff entering during your stay but they do not live aboard.
- There is a private entrance for crew & staff on south side of property.

Stephanie was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for our family and to make sure our event was smoothly. The home was beautiful as was the pool and backyard. We prepared some of the meal in the kitchen and it was a dream. Everything we needed was there. We also hired outside catering which had been done before at this property and her experience made it a stress free experience. The only issue we did have had nothing to do with the property but with a vendor we hired which seemed like a human error mistake regarding rental pickup. The neighborhood was very nice and there was a pizza shop, neighborhood bar and quick shops very close. Publix’s less than a mile away, I recommend this home and the host very highly whether you have an event or just need an upscale vacation property for your next Fort Lauderdale stay.

We had an amazing stay! From the beginning, Stephanie and Clint were so accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early since our flights landed in the morning. Stephanie came to explain things to us once we arrived, which was helpful. Throughout our stay, they were quick to answer any questions we had. The house and backyard were perfect for my bachelorette weekend. It is truly such a beautiful property, and the pool was so warm, which we loved!! After we left, I also realized I left a jacket. The next day, Stephanie sent it in the mail to me. We would stay here again, no question!! Thank you, Stephanie & Clint!!

We had a great stay here, the home is well kept and landscaping is beautiful. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. It has all the amenities you need for a great vacay. We loved swimming in the saltwater pool after being at the beach during the day. The house is conveniantly located to the beach, airport, Chase Stadium, grocery stores, and shopping. We enjoyed being within close proxmity to everthing. Stephanie has excellent communication and was quick to respond. We love travelling to Florida often and it makes it a better experience when the VRBO is 5 stars!We would love to stay here in the future, thanks again!

Awesome Stay

We utilized this property for our wedding and I couldn’t be more happy that I did. Not only was the property gorgeous, clean and well kept but the communication from Stephanie before, during and after our stay was phenomenal. I really loved how check in was smooth and the instructions she gave so easy to follow. A bonus was them advising the construction going on beside the property that there was a wedding that’ll happen and if they could stop before it began. I really appreciated that. The best weekend of our lives

Our time at the Oeste Inn was truly one for the books. We hosted our wedding weekend here with our loved ones and could not have found a better place! The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out down to the smallest details and felt like our dream home away from home! Stephanie and Clint were amazing hosts and always remained available during our stay. We cannot thank them enough and truly created lifelong memories with our families and friends.

Excellent location and property in Fort Lauderdale

This property was amazing, I had my birthday celebration here and everything worked out perfectly, Stephanie and Clinton are amazing hosts and are available all the time to respond any questions. Great house with an incredible backyard!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and everything about our stay was perfect! The house is beautiful inside and out - it’s clear that Stephanie really put thought into what her guests would need throughout their stay. The backyard is incredible and offered us so much space to hang out in. Lastly, Stephanie was very easy to reach and had great communication throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Lovely place

Owners were really nice and accommodating. We had my daughter’s 1st birthday party there, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property is exceptionally clean and very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely for gathering, and the interior provided all the amenities we needed. The location was also convenient and easy to find. We felt welcomed from start to finish, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend for any special occasion or just a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be returning!

We cannot say enough about how perfect this property was for our wedding week activities. We had family in town who also thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beautifully kept grounds, and the magnificent yachts both docked at the location, and going by in the river. The hosts, Stephanie and Clint, went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The home included everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We felt like we were in our own private oasis, while still being so close to Las Olas Blvd. I would go back in a heartbeat and I can’t wait to see my daughters “first look” pictures taken in the beautiful yard. Vacation home of our dreams

10 of us stayed at this magical, amazing home for my bachelorette trip and every aspect and detail of the property exceeded our expectations. This trip was one of the best of our lives and this spot is a huge reason why. From the spacious indoors to the beautiful surrounding outdoors with the perfect pool, beautiful tall trees and the backyard ends at a dock for yachts! We even were able to tour one. I can go on and on, you’re missing out on a stay of a lifetime if you pass this one up!

Beautiful Property, Good for Families and Pets

This fully gated property is beautiful. It is walking distance to Riverside Market (a one-of-a-kind bar and authentic Fort Lauderdale gem). There are two parks with playgrounds very close by and the neighborhood is a beautiful place to walk dogs. The layout of the house and bedrooms is fantastic for a family (or two!) with kids. The pool has a very unique, extended shallow shelf at one end that is great for little ones to sit in the water and play with toys. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating, and they have been very thoughtful in stocking the house with outdoor gear and games.

Home on the water

Home was as presented on the VRBO site. Owners were informative and and extremely hospitable. Back yard on the water with Yangtze passing by as we enjoyed the unground pool. Highly recommend this venue.

We had the most wonderful time at this property during our “just short of a week” visit. The house was wonderful - very open, with plenty of room and light, well decorated and clean. We utilized the screened back patio in rain and shine, and it was perfect for relaxing and watching boats go by. The grounds were gorgeous, a tropical paradise; and the pool was a delight. We were able to easily get to everything from this location, and especially enjoyed our walks both around the neighborhood and the easy jaunt to the Las Olas area. Clint was super accommodating. He made arrangements for us to get into the property a bit early so that we could avoid some upcoming weather. Upon our arrival he did a walk through with us and he was always up for answering our questions. He’s a great communicator. And we were lucky enough to meet the Westbrook’s very handsome dog, Cooper. Should we find ourselves in the Ft. Lauderdale area again you can bet we are going to check out the availability of The Oeste Inn!
