We had a very nice time at condo. Comfy beds, very clean and easy communication with staff. My one issue was the bunk beds need to be tightened they squeak any time someone moves in them. also the water dispenser on the refrigerator is broken. But all in all it was a fun stay.

Beach Stay

The location is very good. The beach is right out the back door. Pool is heated with restaurant/bar on site. The unit was clean. Washer/dryer in the unit is not working. Required to go to the basement and purchase a $5 wash card plus the cost of washer/dryer to do laundry. Ice machine in the fridge was broken so had to purchase bags of ice. Valet was $18/day. 3rd bedroom does not have air conditioning. Too hot to sleep in there, so we had kids on the couch. No way 12 people could sleep here comfortably. Overall a decent place, but I would have chosen somewhere else if I knew the a/c was not throughout the unit.

False Advertisement-Beware!

“On the Sand” ocean beach condo March 14-17th 2024 1.Condo was not ready upon check-in. Condo was filthy. Cleaners left at 6:45 pm (as documented). This is almost 3 hours late. We were not able to shower & get ready for our dinner reservations at 6:30 2. False advertisement regarding “3-bedrooms with air conditioning” 3rd bedroom has no air conditioning. There is no vent. My son had to sleep 3 nights in 80+ degree heat while the rest of the condo was cooled. This is a make-shift false bedroom 3. 2nd bathroom has no hot water because shower dial is broken (luke warm water only) 4. Pillow cases smelled like oil & sweat. Unwashed pillow cases 5.(1) Master bathroom sink clogged upon arrival. 6. Property manager did not follow through on promises of resolving and compensating us for false advertisement and 3 hour late check-in.

Awwsome location and communication

This condo was located in a great location. A car wasn't needed. The owner was so accommodating. Offered rides to and from the airport at uber rates. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our belongings at no extra expense. The condo was very neat. Had beach chairs towels and kitchen necessities. We were there with three couple and two kids. We were able to communicate any needs and communication was terrific!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Winter break

Although the place would be considered fine (nothing special) we felt that some basic things should have been fixed and mentioned. Broken shower and sink faucets that work but could easily be fixed, horrible lighting, broken garbage can (just spend 10 and get a new one). A bedroom with a door that does not close because you chose a bed too big for the room. And no instructions on locking the unit. Again all these things were not the end of the world but for what we paid you could do better.

10 young adults loved it

10 of us stayed here. It was the perfect number. We were able to request all the pull out bed be made and there was just that when we arrived! I was able to communicate with management very easily and she was amazing! The tiki bar being right there was so convenient and their drinks and food are very good! You are about half way from the Pierre and downtown so we had both those options as well for dinners. We played music in the room and had no complaints. Check in and out was very easy. We had a great time!

Great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale

Great location with all the resort amenities. Unit was clean and as described. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (all with our own rooms) very spacious and everyone was able to have their own privacy. Highly recommended!!!

Best location and friendliest people ever

The property was perfect for our girl's trip, we had a group of 11 and it fit us perfectly! We absolutely loved the location and the fact the tiki bar was open from morning til late for us to eat and drink. The waitresses came and served us at the pool and beach all day, it was perfect! Renting a chair for the beach and an umbrella was easy and reasonably priced. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and our waiter and our food were awesome! We were treated special the entire trip and we enjoyed ourselves so much! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful condo with a great location!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and accommodated our needs. The TiKi bar was awesome, great food and drinks. Grocery store nearby (you can walk), just a great location to everything. We particularly loved the dining table. It was huge and provided a lot of space for eating or just doing your own thing. It was very handy to have paper towels and garbage bags supplied. My only recommendations are that a small stick vacuum or broom with a dustpan be supplied. We found an old broom and used that but had no dustpan. It was almost impossible to keep sand off the floor no matter how good we wiped our feet. There were only 2 beach chairs, a few more would have been nice. For the price of the condo rental and the price of such beach chairs, you really should provide more. Overall it was a great vacation in a very good location.

5 stars!!!!

Had the best time staying here for my friends bachlorette party! Perfect location with a tiki bar even being at the hotel and open late to get food. Loved that it was big enough for everyone but felt like a hotel vibe! So clean and sally was so nice she let us check in early with no extra charges and even came to introduce herself! 5/5 best experience! And it was so clean it even smelt clean! Not one complaint :)

Our fortlauderdale trip that didn't work out

The night before vacation time I get a message alert about Hurricane Ian, we didn't know what to do and we didn't know how that area was gonna be impacted and we didn't wanna take chances with a family with children so we didn't go, I've been asking for a refund or just reschedule for another time, so far I dint get an answer and its been 2 weeks already. If people don't understand a natural disaster that we can't control than I dont know what they ever will understand.

Perfect for a bachelorette weekend

Our group of 10 girls came here to celebrate our bride to be. The check in process was as easy as us just walking in the door. When we were originally looking at places, we were concerned about everybody being able to get a bed and using up space in the living room for sleeping arrangements. With this condo, everyone was able to get a bed which made it very comfortable for all of us, and the living room stayed free for hanging out. The picture on the listing looks like the view from the room is all oceanfront, but there’s only one small part on the side where you can see the ocean. However the building itself is located right on the beach, so that didn’t phase us at all. We still got a nice view of outside, and spent most of our time down on the beach and in town anyways. There is a tiki bar restaurant attached to the property that we went to nearly every day for either breakfast, dinner or just drinks when we were hanging out. It was so convenient and the food was great, everyone was so pleasant. And everything is just a short Uber ride away. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing condo!!

This condo was amazing! SO clean, great location and in a totally safe area. The grounds are kept nicely and there’s a fun tiki bar to hang out and get drinks/food. The owner was so easy to get in contact with and she was all around so sweet and helpful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Would not recommend

For the price of the condo, I would not recommend anyone rent it. The property was not maintained well and the manager tried to tell us a leaky a/c had just begun that day when there was peeling drywall and paint on the ceiling and wall. we collected buckets of water from the leak. They attempted to fix the unit and actual made it worse, then the condo ended up being hot and leaky. There were many other small items that were not up kept. One being the guest shower door, so you had to walk by the toilet and it was extremely tight. The beach was pretty dirty and the pool was not the cleanest either. The owner and manager were responsive our first day of vacation. However, once they knew we were not satisfied, they refused to answer texts, phone calls and emails.
