Clean, everything you need is available, great parking, close to everything, quiet and safe location, I come back here every year, staying at Ben's place is the best!!!

I really enjoyed most things about the property. There was only one thing I didn’t. The toilet…it’s a round one, not the oblong one which means, if you’re not a small person it’s not comfortable to use. Otherwise, the place was nice. Looked a little like an older model hotel on the outside but it was fairly clean and well kept. But inside was comfortable and looked well cared for.

Just what we needed

This property is just as it states in the listing, no surprises - communication with the host was excellent, studio was clean and well stocked and neighborhood was safe. Ample parking is included, there were plenty of linens and beach towels and it is a short ride to Dania and Hollywood beaches.

Great location / Great Host

Safe, clean, spacious and well located. 6 min drive to Dania beach! 6-8 min drive to Fort Lauderdale airport. 10 min drive to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Ben for being very responsive!

Dania Beach

Good property and location. It was very cold and the unit did not have centralized heat. The property manager provided a Space Heater once I notified him. Pleased with the overall experience. A more comfortable bed would have been nice.

Overall great!

This listing is exactly as is. The host generously stocked the unit with toiletries, etc for a more pleasant 1 month stay. Super close to the airport (but I never heard a flyover), the beach, a casino down the street, and downtown ft. Lauderdale is mi uses away by car.

Be sure contact with Host before coming. There is a parking but in building is living a person who renting cars on Turo, so he keeps them around. We came at night and all parking was full. More than half spaces was occupied by his cars. Also people from others buildings park there. Host saying parking available but you can be surprise that is not spot for you. Is not parking assignment for apartment. Host saying that is a coffee, you will find open old containers in cabinets, left by other renters. Bring sugar if you use it. In cabinets also old food. Apt is close to airport we thought that we hear planes but NOT, it is a small / window type / dirty AC in the wall running like a plane taking off. Water, you can see when pour to bathtub is a little yellow. We felt dry skin and itching when taking shower. But I think that is not what Host can resolve. Pay attention to unglued/moving table chairs looks, like brought from garage sale. So you will not break them completely and finish your food sitting on the floor. There is not garden you can see on Host profile pictures, only lawn in front of the building. Be care-full for dogs poo when walk or decide to seat in this like Host presenting garden. Check also if construction is still going on, so you can avoid wake up by impact hammers. Besides those issues rest was okay.
